ベストウェスタン ラボック ウエスト イン & スイーツ(Best Western Lubbock West Inn Suites)

Large room with 32 inch TV!! Need a 42 in at least for a room of that size. Also had a suite so very disappointed. Also no water pressure in shower

The front staff and some of the housekeeping staff were very friendly and kind. But hotel looks and feels cheaply updated. They just took something old and picked odd colors that don’t favor a hotel well, and just painted over everything. A bed in our room was broken, so when you sat on one side the whole thing tipped over. Two people had to be on it to keep it balanced. Only AC heater worked, no cool. The rear exterior door to the property doesn’t work, even though the light flashes green when you swipe your room key. So you have to walk around the building to find another entrance. Also, we asked for a noon checkout and housekeeping staff knocked on our door twice, tried to enter once, saying checkout was at 11.

Last minute booking. Able to check in early. It was quiet and very clean. Located near everything

Apparently they have a furnace in the room #316 , that sounded like it was about to take off on its own.. it made these loud poppings sounds .. it was loud enough that i didnt get any sleep and that was the whole purpose for getting a room.. i dont know about the others rooms but room #316 i do.. and because of that it brings the rating to a 1.. in my opinion..

Like all the other Best Western hotels I have stayed in, have always found them friendly and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and the Lubbock Best Western was in a good location for my journey. Well kept property and helpful staff.

1st room no heat....2nd room dirty and had maintenance tools in it.....finally 3rd time was a charm and we finally got to relax 45 minutes after arriving at hotel.....front dest clerk very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping could sure stand to vacuum hallways better and maybe mop elevator lobbies. And last bit not least of.course the elevator on our side broke.

We stayed one night and we all woke up with bite marks on our body’s. Unsure what it was, possibly some spiders we saw. There was also a dead bug in the pull out bed.

The stay was okay. At first the room we were given was at a temperature of 60 degrees. After resetting the thermostat, nothing changed. Overtime, the hotel gave us a room with heat so the night turned out good. Breakfast was good too.

great front desk service,very fast and friendly, breakfast was late saturday morning not a good thing when we pick this place bc of the 6 am breakfast. being there for softball tournaments, breakfast is a big thing for us.Room was clean and comfy as always.
