Really impressed with this place. Very helpful and friendly staff, and the afternoon bar is a lovely touch. It manages to be both central and tucked away. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Lucca.

Servicen på hotellet er på et niveau jeg ikke har oplevet i flere år - fantastisk personale. Rigtig god morgenmad. Gratis cola, øl, kaffe, spurmante mv. i lobbyen i løbet af dagen - en fantastisk service.

This was a lovely hotel with very spacious rooms and incredibly friendly staff. We were in the medieval tower- first floor (not sure if there were rooms on higher floors)? I don’t know about the rooms in the main building, but we were pleased with ours. The breakfast reception was lovely with an area to eat outdoors. There was also a hot tub, which we never used. The property was on the border of the interior city wall and they had bikes to use to bike around the city. Definitely plan to taxi to and from the train station, but once you’re there, you can walk around the inner city with ease. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Loved this property. We stayed in a room across the street from the main hotel, which was called their annex. The area was quiet and the part of our hotel had a patio on the first floor where you can enjoy a beverage. The hotel had one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Italy as well and had snacks, Prosecco, and beer around happy hour time. The staff was extremely friendly and all front desk staff spoke English, which made it very easy for check in/out. I would highly recommend this property, if staying in Lucca.

The hotel was well-located, the staff were friendly and gave excellent instructions (e.g. parking, maps etc), and the breakfast room was lovely. The rooms we were given weren't what we had booked (we were informed there was a double-booking but the staff did their best to make it up to us, which we appreciated) and one room had a view of the back of the garage.

Great hotel in the centre of Lucca. Staff welcoming and accommodating. Very warm and relaxed environment. Recommend taking advantage of the free bikes and cycling around the walls of the city. It is thrilling. Only issue we had was a constant blocked sink but reception sorted out the issue efficiently.

Excellent facilities, great amenities (including bikes and help with making reservations at local attractions), but most of all outstanding staff. This was my best hotel stay experience in over 40 years of travel in North American and in Europe.

Great position inside the walls of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Expansive and tasty breakfast. Prosecco hour between 17:00 - 19:00!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended family suite. Lovely staff and the two hour daily happy hour of free prosecco was awesome.
