B&B カーサ サン ヤコポ アル ジャルディーノ(B&B Casa San Jacopo al Giardino)

A very pleasant stay with Antonella & Alessio who do everything for their guests. We can really recommend their B&B. Clean rooms and quiet environment thanks to the location in the city. Comfortable beds and nice Italian breakfast with local pastries. On the day of departure early in the morning, Antonella even made us breakfast to-go, so nice of her!

Very well situated in a quiet street that is an extension of the main via Fillungo , so really easy to access everything in town. Close to an access ramp onto wall walk too. Lots bars/restaurants on easy walk. Hosts are lovely and as it only has 3 rooms you get good attention. Breakfast in gatden when weather suitable. Aircon very efficient but mostly we had window open at night - which gives idea of how quiet street is (we could hear the water going thru the abandoned mill nearby!). If I had to find a downside the shower was tiny but water ok. Beds are OK too. All in all, considering the reasonable price, an excellent choice. [ worth mentioning that the orivate car they arranged to pick us up and take us back was worth every penny of the €70 each way. ]

A clean , comfortable and quite room in a charming property. The hosts were so helpful. Breakfast served in the garden was delicious.

First of all; I am sorry that I have not written here before, because we stayed at this place almost 5 years ago, in June 2017. (sorry, but to post this, I could not choose the right date that long ago, and I had to write a "fiction date"). We came with our car from Norway, and we did also bring our bicycles, and we were so happy that we could bring the bicycles inside the building! I remember we had a cosy, spacious room with lots of charm, and it was so nice to sit in the beautiful garden to have a very nice breakfast! I remember the garden had beautiful flowers, and also herbs like rosemary, and others. We felt very welcome by the couple that runs the place! Next time we will travel to Lucca, we hope to stay here at B&B Casa San Jacopo! Regards from Inger&Leif from Stavanger, Norway

Location strategica in pieno centro, ma con parcheggi gratuiti a pochi passi. I titolari cortesi e professionali ci hanno accolto come in famiglia mettendoci a nostro agio e dandoci tutte le istruzioni per il soggiorno. Le stanze sono accoglienti, silenziose e confortevoli. Davvero difficile chiedere di più. Perfetto per una gita romantica o in famiglia. Posizione ideale per girare Lucca a piedi, tra l’altro la titolare organizza direttamente le visite guidate senza bisogno di andare in giro a cercare. Davvero ottimo.

Location molto carina ed accogliente, curata e pulita. trovo solamente eccessive le misure e le precauzioni per il tema del momento, considerando il periodo estivo. la proprietaria gentile e disponibile a spiegare come raggiungere i luoghi di interesse..

Antonella è un'ottima padrona di casa. Siamo stati accolti con un'eccezionale cortesia. Il b&b si trova in pieno centro ed è comodissimo come base per visitare la splendida Lucca. Struttura senza fronzoli, pulita, accogliente e con una colazione che offre le prelibatezze del posto e delle ottime torte casalinghe. Se torneremo da quelle parti, sicuramente torneremo a fare visita a questa struttura.
