I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is located in the heart of Lucknow. The environment was warm and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special mention to Dipika for her outstanding service—she was knowledgeable about the cuisine and ensured everything was perfect. Everyone knows about the hospitality and all about Taj . I don’t even need to reiterate that . But what I experienced was something really exceptional regarding one of the valets . There was some issue with my car and it wouldn’t start ( car key battery issue ). The valet thought it was probably due to his fault and was patiently waiting for me in the morning. He saw me heading for breakfast with my baby and my wife and just greeted me with a smile . We took a good long while for breakfast and when we were heading to our room , I saw that gentleman again waiting apprehensively for me however with ever so courteous smile . He didn’t want to get me all worried about the car and called me patiently on the side and asked me to accompany him and I didn’t realise it was for some issue . My family went peacefully to the room and I went ***** with him when he very professionally told me about my car and that it won’t start and maybe he was at fault . I saw that genuine and kind yet concerned look on his face and then realising that it was nothing but car key battery issue , calmed him down . The reason for me writing about this is only because of the attention to hospitality comes at every front when you visit them .
Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

The staff (Braj Bhan) is polite and attentive, but service can be slow during busy times. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the restaurant is generally clean, though certain areas could use more frequent attention.

This is not very luxury place and has limited facilities for travellers but what makes you remember....Staff at Restaurant and their behavior, which is at par and seems to be extremely trained and attentive for every single request from customer.Had absolutely comfortable stay at Silvete Lucknow during our recent visit. Bathroom shower was so nice and really liked that as I give more focus on room amenities during our stay. In Room Dining food was delicious, having huge varieties in the menu. Highly recommended hotel. Kudos to team Silvete.
The rooms were excellent. The staff was very polite. Our every request was fulfilled with utmost priority. The event organization was very structured and planned. The waiters were attending our guest very sincerely. I would recommend 'The Regnant' for any upcoming events.

Fraud hotel,Be aware I have recently got a extremely shocking experience in this hotel, today (7th September 2024) at time of check out I received a due bill of food and minibar and just go through the bills and found they charged Rs.150 for energy drink from mini bar and I thought they entered that wrongly, when I told them about the wrong entry but they forced me to pay that.According to them they checked everything at the time of check in but what if their stuffs stole anything from minibar at time of cleaning,I was not in my room at the cleaning time Now my points are 1.Why a customer lying for Rs150/- ? 2.What is the proof that the energy drink was there in the minibar at check in time? 3.Why the management thinks that their stuffs are honest and customs are not??????
very worst service, hair in food, dust in bed, bathroom is too dirty and bad smells Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The service was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with rude and indifferent staff who seemed annoyed by our presence. Requests for basic amenities went ignored, and when we finally did receive them, they were delivered with an attitude. Overall, a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.”
