Service was very nice.The staff is polite and understanding..we also experienced that nothing is ignored by the management.We have bothered them Multiple time to wash baby”s bottles but they looked after us and gave us awesome service in restaurant area as well.
Nice location, comfortable stay, cooperative staff, nice ambience, neat n clean linen. Most important safe n secure for family. I felt same like n home and staff was very cooperative. We were late for the breakfast then also they served us. The staff don't no to say no as they are such courteous. Warm welcome at reception at the time of Check in. Service was very fast. After entering the room received a call from reception to know about room comfortability. Morning reminder call for breakfast. I felt very happy by seeing then hospitality of Clarks. keep it up guys !!!

Hello team I had a booking there for last night and i was in room 513 which i booked online. It was my worst experience there. First of all there were no toiletries,dental kit in the bathroom,body lotion was kept but used one, telephone was not working was not able to call reception or any other hotel services. But when checking out the hotel front desk operator MRS.SARITA was asking for extra money of 1500/-rs telling us that we have ruined the bed sheet by dal stains. But when we checked there were no stains of dal. After that they told us to go in room and check but there was nothing. Even lifts were flooding with water. Seriously SARITA don't know how to talk to guests and in this industry you have to be very poliete but she was too RUDE. Even after realising their mistake one must apologise but she was giving tough look and told us to talk to Mr.Bipin. Firstly he was also not accepting the mistake but later he apologised for his behaviour. Requesting you to teach SARITA how to talk and takecare of their guests and everyone with a smile on her face. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and i like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the reception staff very friendly, fast and obliging.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable and fresh bed linen. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available. Wi-Fi was good. Location is on a very busy street so access can be a challenge. Staff were nice
