「I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).」

「The room was nice and clean. All the necessary amenities were inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Big plus for me was the exercise corner. Which was very useful after a long flight or a car ride. Overall I’m pleased with this hotel.」

「🌄環境：整體環境沒的説，就在伊犁河的旁邊。值得一提的是，他們家的床非常好睡。辦公桌足夠的大，小沙發質感非常好。 🎇設施：酒店的配套設施非常好，值得一提的是他們家的這個健身房非常大非常專業，器械非常全。還有游泳館和乒乓球室，滿足了大部分的運動需求。 🚨服務：服務上響應也非常及時！不過，早上吃飯遇到一位撒潑大喊大叫的山東大哥，服務員也是很耐心解釋規則 （我都看不下去了），真給山東人丟臉，在酒店這裏找尊嚴大呼小叫的真丟人。值得一提的是他們家早餐很好吃，奶茶很好喝！」

「房間環境很乾凈整潔，服務態度還很好，我們之前定的房型有點小了，前台還很貼心幫我們升級了房間，小朋友也送的有早餐，入住的時候還有小水果，地理位置也不錯，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，工作人員也很熱情，很喜歡。下次還會來的。早餐也不錯菜品種類也很多，還有停車位，強烈推薦」

「個人覺得房間很大，偏商務，風格古早，年輕人會覺得略顯古董。不過好在整體水平在線，不足的地方是設備較老，而且攜程寫着不用預約保證延遲15：00退房，而前台卻説14：00，還得我要求才能達到，這點是做的很不好的。所以不能全五星咯。早餐也是五星級的及格線。」
