イビス スタイルズ ルツェルン(Ibis Styles Luzern City)

在盧塞恩算得上是最便宜的三星酒店了，房間很大，但巨不隔音，早餐發現住店的全都是亞洲人，包括南亞，酒店什麼也不提供，唯一一個和前台要一次性刮鬍刀都沒有的，絕對不會再來了

房間：空間大，有陽台 早餐：三天基本沒換過花樣，住時間久的朋友留意了 位置：非常方便，步行到火車站15分鐘，坐車5分鐘，離橋和獅子公園都很近

Struttura ottima a due passi dal centro. La colazione da migliorare e anche la pulizia, ma non ci possiamo lamentare è stato un buon soggiorno.

First and foremost thing that we have booked with ibis hotel but they transfered us to some partners hotel- Lucerne hotel 1.) No wifi connectivity in room at 5th floor. we were unable to connect and they couldn’t help once we speak to them on same. They said we cant do anything you are not able to connect internet. 2.) products inside bathroom were expired for more than 1 year. Pictures attached. 3. No cattle or coffee sachet inside the room.On asking about cattle they were saying we don't provide such service. This is not the standard of ibis hotel Really very disappointed, want compensation for this.

위치도 너무 좋았고, 한국인 직원 여성분이 계셔서 너무 편했습니다 좋은 서비스 너무너무 감사드려요!!! 여기 호텔 조식이 진짜 맛있었습니다!!!!!!

Hi Mr Samil Benli , Hi There I am giving 5 Star not your Property but to your Employee By the name Thomas . Thomas was so so so so nice and helpful . Your property was awesome . It was a lovely stay in your hotel It was the best experience in Lucerne city . I will highly recommend everyone to stay there . But here I am going to share a bad incident happened with me which should not be happened with anyone . I was staying in Ibis Style lucern from December 17-21 for 4 night . I am vegetarian and I brought packed food from India for that thing Even I read review about everything that Ibis style can help me warm my food as well that was the main reason I Booked Ibis Hotel . Now I usually eat my breakfast from Hotel and Lunch outside and In night I came first 2 days and Thomas the best Guy I met at this property warm the food for me . He even gave me an extra apple in good gesture and I told him I was vegetarian . 3rd day I had my Lunch and Dinner outside now I will tell you what happened on the 4th day which was the last day of my stay . On the 4th day in Night I came Thomas was on off I believe and I went to the reception and Asked the guy name ISAAC ....ISAAC should not be working in hotel industry . He was so so rude and arrogant . I was opening the packe of the food in front of him He never said anything to me or not to open . He was busy talking to a lady and then after that lady went away I asked him to warm my food he said you tried to get inside our Kitchen 3 days ago there was a fire and I asked him specifically Sir I never went in I have always asked Thomas for that . He said he cannot warm the food because he is not willing to warm the food . I was so hungry I couldn't eat anything after that it was night 12. Everything was closed here in Lucerne . He said if you do not leave and go to your room I need to call the police then . Tell me one thing now Is this the behaviour he was supposed to do with me ???? I have been to world class property and I belong to Hotel Industry I am very upset with this behaviour This is unacceptable I will not recommend this kinda behaviour from your staff . I have my alibi Thomas you can speak to him I even explained him everything This is extremely rude I felt like He was being racist with me as being an Indian . I will not recommend any Indian to stay in your hotel . This is extremely devastated .

酒店乾淨，不過有明顯的煙味，需要開窗戶通風。整體良好，早餐選擇也豐富。
