Fantastic atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms are very well appointed and clean. Breakfast was really good and all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again. Pub is right on the main shopping street so very well located but still very quiet and a very comfortable sleep.

Great friendly welcome on arrival. The car park behind the hotel is so easy, convenient, and private. On check-in, we were told there would be a table for us in the morning for breakfast if required. We had decided to have a meal in the evening, this was good quality and great value and service was attentive. Now for the room, it was clean, comfortable, and large enough for 2 double beds. We think this hotel is fantastic, cosy, quirky, and full of character. We will revisit next time we go to Beaulieu. ( approximately 15 mins to Beaulieu for future travellers)

We returned to the Angel and Blue Pig for a celebratory night away. From start to finish, we had an amazing stay. Warm and very friendly welcome when we checked in, very friendly bar and waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely too, freshly cooked to order and great service too! Really looking forward to our next stay, hopefully sooner rather than later! Thank you all!!

We stayed in this hotel/restaurant/pub for the weekend and really enjoyed the experience. The food menu at both breakfast and dinner had lots of variety and the food was well cooked. Great service and attentive staff throughout. Located half way up the high street for an ideal location to explore the town.

An amazing little find, the rooms were modern , comfortable and very clean. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. We ate here both nights of our stay as the food was well presented and delicoius. Would definetly recommend and will certainly be back.

Fantastic old building, with friendly staff Just be mindful of the last orders for food but maybe sign of the times tbh Food great drink great room good for my needs Parking at back via a code, but clear to understand and gain entry I would stay again no question

Gorgeous hotel, the room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. We ate in the evening and breakfast, the food was amazing and very reasonable prices.

We booked Bed and breakfast and were told it wasn't included...totally misrepresentation ..service quite matter of fact...didn't really care Paid premium for for a basic room with open window over courtyard, very noisy ...no aircon

The place was dead after 10 PM (on a Monday night in late October) and the staff made it clear that having a pint wasn't really OK because they wanted to close. That just didn't create a very welcoming atmosphere in an otherwise lovely pub.
