飯店服務人員很輕切，飯店地理位置很棒，房間內也有微波爐，可是洗澡的水太小、電梯有點怪怪的，不大方便外，其他都不錯！

I checked into a king deluxe suite on Friday 12 Jan 2024 and I was checking out 16 Jan 2024 and I needed space due to myself having PTSD from overseas. On my very first day I went for a swim around 11pm and upon getting back to my room I tried to take a shower and ran the water for 30 mins COLD. I went down cold still wet from the pool to tell them. They moved me to a smaller room that had a tub shower and this room was not what I paid for. That room was giving me triggers. The next morning I moved back to room 141. The original room I had. I complained and told them I stay locally and if there’s any way I can get the night back for the room I paid for and the manager told me she couldn’t do it. But I can get 25% off which was $108. I felt like they should have done right and just comp’d me a night for the room I had but couldn’t stay in the first night. I don’t want to pay extra money for something like that. That put a nasty taste in my mouth. And it sucks leaving this review. I just wanted the night I paid for in the room I paid for. This hotel is so close to my job I tried it out because every few months I have to get away from my family and people to clear my head and I needed a safe place. And the first night I wasn’t provided that. I loved my room and I felt like this could be my new place I stay when I get triggers, guess not. 600 bucks for 4 days the money wasn’t and option. Customer service and making wrongs right would have been the best thing. I fought for this

Always a good sleep at the Hampton! They installed wood/vinyl floors since the last time I was there, which can be chilly to walk on so take slippers with you

When we pop over to Lynnwood area from Vancouver BC, we always stay at this Hilton. It is convenient, lots of shopping and restaurants in area and don't need to go onto highway for the above if not needed

We were in the kitchen/bedroom suite. Ki t Chen was missing items silverware, cups, glasses pans. Had one fork, one soup spoon etc. Breakfast has changed with limited choices. Staff are friendly, pleasant but clearly understaffed.

Upon arrival we were not greeted by the staff at the hotel. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were given a room with 2 doubles that was connected to a family with rather loud children. The staff member that checked us in did not go over any details of the hotel or how to use any of the amenities. When we went to check out from the hotel again the staff was not friendly. The lobby of the hotel was untidy with garage from the breakfast scattered about.

Broken: toilet, shower drain, shower door wont stay shut, bathroom light, blinds ripped out of track.

It’s clean, it’s spacious, it’s so close to all shopping areas and restaurants. Will stay again
