ホテルの部屋はとてもきれいで、水上で、水はとても澄んでいました

可能であれば、すべてが素晴らしかったです。遠く離れた部屋にアクセスするためのオプションを改善できれば素晴らしいと思います。車椅子に乗っている人が苦労していることに気づきました。骨を持っている残りの人々にとって、それは素晴らしいことでしょう。 私たちは清掃スタッフの 1 つのミームで素晴らしい経験をしました。彼の名前は UPENDER です。私たちは信じられないほど親切でプロフェッショナルでした。間違いなく認められる価値があります。

私たちが Riu チェーンのホテルを選んだのは、食べ物や飲み物のサービスと品質が申し分のない他のホテルに宿泊したことがあったからです。リウ環礁ではそうではなかった。 まず、ホテル側は、水上飛行機で島に行くには、送迎料（2人分）752ドルに加えて、さらに480ドルが必要であることを明らかにしていない。 帰りは、私たちがこの追加料金や可能性についてまだ知らなかったとき、私たちは通常の飛行機で送られ、その後船で送られました。所要時間は約4時間でした。 新婚旅行なので披露宴にはスパークリングワインを部屋に飾ってくれるというメールをもらっていたのですが、それは叶いませんでした。 何が起こったのか尋ねるメールを送ったところ、宿泊施設では品質の悪い白ワインが提供されました（ホテルのバーで提供されているものと同じだったので、私たちは飲みませんでした）。 食べ物や飲み物の質は、たとえ種類が豊富であっても貧弱です。レストランの赤ワインだけがもう少し良かったです。 テーマのあるレストランは事実上予約が不可能です。ニョッキを注文したとき、パスタが3本（そう、3本）しかなかったため、イタリア料理とはまったく関係のないイタリアンレストランでのみ食事をしました。お皿に盛られた料理の量は十分ではなく、ビュッフェレストランよりも悪いです。 掃除も下手で時間がかかります。私たちは水の交換について苦情を言いましたが、彼らは翌日にのみそれを行いました。 良い点 : 島は素晴らしく、素晴らしく、施設は素晴らしく、非常によく維持されています。部屋は広く、よく装飾されています。 しかし、私たちはこのホテルには戻りません。

RIU での滞在は最高でした。ビーチは素晴らしく、ゴミや海藻はありませんでした。水はきれいでした。ヴィラは広くて快適でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。唯一の問題は食事でした。朝食、昼食、夕食はすべてビュッフェスタイルでした。何皿も食べるのが大好きという人もいれば、安全な食べ物をいくつか見つけて、それを食べるという人もいました。

素晴らしいビーチと新しく手入れの行き届いた施設を備えた美しいリゾート。客室は快適で広々としています。モルディブの他のどこにもこれほど美しいビーチはありません。

Excellent service - excellent staff - huge help with bags and service during diner time!!! Very polite and helpful people. Wonderful very well trained staff!!! Help you from arriving to the airport until the end of your journey!!! Will give this hotel and service 5 stars

We loved it very clean and well maintained , all the staff we came across were very polite and couldn’t do enough to help . Would defiantly recommend .

Me and my wife loved to stay at RIU at the Maldives, the island is beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time there. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning as the reception was a bit impersonal not expected at all in a place like that. Completely hated the booking system through the app, and didn’t like the fact that the 2 other restaurants were very difficult to book. I have booked this trip to celebrate my wife 50 special birthday and had extremely high expectations but I felt the reception staff a bit cold and not interested. After my feedback we got some help in the end.

A beautiful patch on earth .... The transfer by seaplane is an absolute MUST... very attentive and friendly people who care about your well-being. I didn't expect it to be like this. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We had a great time at Rui Atoll. The only one minus point is the entertainment.

I really loved the view from the junior overwater suite, the alcoholic beverages in the room were great too, it meant I didn’t have to use the pool which was always quite busy, big area of improvement is the quality of food in the buffet restaurant, most of the time the food is so overdone that it becomes inedible, albeit there is lots of variety but most of the food is lacking taste, additionally the offerings at the restaurants Sofia and Steakhouse are just taken from the buffet which is a little pointless, some of the food is also stale, I would return to this hotel if it wasn’t for the food quality, the staff are super friendly and respond to your every request. Internet is quite slow. Rooms are modern and super clean always.

Staffs are very nice . You feel welcomed.
