幫朋友定的，馬城唯一一個無鑽的酒店。好像是個歷史建築改的酒店。喜歡這個調調和歷史感的推薦。 但是朋友説不如河邊的皇冠看着大氣，主要是房間因建築內部改造的，房間不如國際酒店看起來好。

This place is absolutely amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is such a beautiful place!! The beds were very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. It's only a few blocks from everything. We will definitely stay there again!!

Gorgeous hotel, amazing service. You get a welcome drink (bubbly) at check in. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Each room is modern and unique is this old beautiful church. I've stayed here every time that I've been in Maastricht, close to the town center and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very nice, very stylish and modern with beautiful decoration. It is interesting to see how the architects created a hotel in the beautiful building. The stay however was not nice. Booked a (very pricey) junior suite, especially for the second night the sleep quality was very poor. First, the room was street side, and did not have real curtains but only roller blinds that let light through on both sides. There was a street light just in front of our window so it was not dark at all. Second, there was a lot of noice both from traffic in the street as well as in the corridor, all night long. The rooms are not well insulated. Third, it was very hot in the room (contrary to the corridor) and the old airco system made a horrible lot of noise. The only answer of the reception staff was that they would write a note in the system so that I would get a more quiet room next time. As if there would be a next time after spending 1.000 EUR on such an experience! The room was nicely designed though, but was not worth the money. Breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant in the church. The choice at the buffet was okay, you can order freshly made eggs as well as some extras such as pancakes that are charged extra. However, also here not a very pleasant experience with staff being busy without doing anything and continuously moving around tables and chairs during the whole breakfast. All in all, a bad experience, not to be repeated. I can not recommend this hotel as price/quality ratio is just not right.

Property & art was beautiful. Room required steep stair climb, was hot/couldn’t be cooled, & only window in the room was in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful, both inside and out, creating a stunning atmosphere for our celebration. The dinner was delightful, but it was truly the quality of the staff that impressed us the most. Everyone was lovely and friendly, with a special mention of Raf, who took exceptional care of us during dinner. He made us feel at home and clearly has a promising future in the hospitality industry. To the management of the Oostwegel Collection: Raf is a gem worth treasuring.

We spent the Easter weekend at the Kruisherenhotel Maastricht, and it was absolutely perfect. The check-in process was the smoothest I've ever had (they bring you bubbles!); The staff were friendly and very attentive, the food (breakfast and dinner) were exquisite, and the facility (a repurposed monastery) was incredible. The hotel is well within walking distance of everything. We will definitely be returning!

Completely overpriced for what it's. It seems difficult to believe (size and furniture in the rooms) that this is a 5 starts hotel.. The property of the room is also not at the level of 5 stars (dust everywhere around i.e. lamps, windows ..). On the top of that parking for 45 EUR a day in the area where one can relatively easy find a public parking, much cheaper .. To summarise, it was rather a disappointment. Surprised by other opinion read regarding the same hotel, that were actually the reason for me to choose this hotel.

Room not up to usual standards. Smaller than usual; not well laid out. We stayed at 4 5star hotels and all had breakfast included - we would suggest that also. Front desk staff excellent and helpful; car service to TEFAF very good.
