新年を祝ったのに、ホテルには少しがっかりしました。バルコニーの照明はすべて壊れており、夜間は交換用の照明や電球がないため、フロントオフィスチームとエンジニアリングチームは何もできません。また、レストラン「カフェみどり」では料理提供まで1時間待ちと言われましたが、注文してから2時間待ちでした。そして、チェックアウトの際、1000食券に関するフロントオフィスチームとカフェミドリとの間のコミュニケーションの誤りにより、さらなる遅延が発生しました。添付の写真は我が家のベランダから撮ったものです。

素敵な場所でしたが、サービスは改善する必要があります。また、ベッドのサイズが小さいので、身長 6 フィートの場合、このホテルは最適ではない可能性があります。また、無料のバスアメニティを提供するのに寛大ではありません。彼らは 1 人にのみ良いものを与えますが、私たちが部屋に 3 人いることをよく知っています。

ステイケーションに適した広々とした設備の整った客室ですが、ホテル内の食事の選択肢は少し限られています。

The room is clean and very spacious. The layout of the room is also very ideal for those travelling for work or plan to do work while staying at the hotel. Facilities are great. Food is great! Have stayed in most of the hotels in the area, this is so far the best for me.

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

The bedroom is modern. The housekeepers should check small repairs in the shower.

Hotel is clean. The pool was great. And the food was delicious!
