great area, close to downtown and right off the interstate

I forgot some items in the room and the staff kept them safe until I could return to pick them up. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in returning my belongings.

The room smelled horrible, a very weird smell. The toilet flushed like a lazy river, did not know it it would flush.

Had an on-site restaurant, which we tried, and were not impressed! Otherwise a typical Best Western

Asked for a non smoking room and was told it was non smoking and get in there and reaped of smoke and ****. They did give us another room that was great!

Liked everything about the property. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice area set up for pets.

Floors were filthy and there were “short” hairs in the tub. Had to have service come out to take care of the tv. I left in the middle of the night as I felt gross there Did avail myself to any “breakfast “

Our stay was not so good. Looks can be deceiving, the hotel looked OK from the outside, but our experience was much different than OK. I was bitten by something during the night, a spider, or some kind of a bug and had quite a welt on my stomach. Not long after that, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom. We asked to see the manager he conveniently was not on the property that day and I was told he would absolutely give me a call the next day. It’s been a full week now and he has yet to call me. my recommendation is you definitely do not want to stay in this hotel.

The lady at the front desk was just so sweet. Hotel was nice and clean for an older hotel. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about it there is a bar attached to the building that was very lively and you could hear music and people talking late into the night.

We stayed for a wrestling tournament. Don't like that between buildings there is no covering so you are going to get wet just to go to breakfast. Free. Nest hotel scrambled eggs i will say. Check in easy

The hotel was near the freeway, but in an inconvenient area of town. We were not able to find a restaurant for dinner nearby. The hallways had a very strong cigarette odor. There is no elevator for guests.

Was raining cats and dogs, when we got there. Had to go back out and move the car after parking. The hotel had placed us on back side of hotel. That was the only bad thing that happened during the stay.

Bad: -The covers for the box springs (bed) were dusty -The headboard was stained -The bathtub was dirty or stained - The furniture was stained -The heating unit was dirty Good: -Many choices for breakfast, delicious and plentiful -The staff member in the breakfast room was helpful and nice -Some of the common areas were renovated and look nice, however others are dated and dark I won’t stay at this hotel in the future
