Heritage Resort Coorg

This is my third trip to Coorg, but first time in Heritage. I went with my whole family 11 people. 3 cottage and 1 villa. This is my best experience ever and my family had gala time. Staff is humble and polite, room service there is scope for improvement from timing perspective. Swimming pool is awesome. Very clean and view is very good. Villa is very spacious, big balcony and jacuzzi made the day. Restraunt food taste is good, variety is good. Overall awesome and I can recommend this property at this price is mind blowing.

Stayed at the heritage resort with my family of 11 and i must stay its a beautiful resort with lush green surroundings. The stay was quite good and relaxing - the service was good and so was the food. View from the pool is quite amazing - would recommend the place

Good interior and nice swimming pool. Excellent cuisine. It's calm and peaceful to stay. Good for weekend plans. For kids play area is also there. In evenings cab walk in their hilly terrain paths. Mornings are cool. A perfect holiday for a family.

Well this was a very Good experience firstly without a doubt staying at Heritage resort in Coorg. We were 6 Adults and 4 children booked 3 SUPERIOR cottage rooms for 2 nights. We expected it to be Hot during the Month of May but we had a Suprise from Nature as it turned very pleasant and cloudy with bit of drizzle in evening and Clouds passing by the resort itself it felt surreal at one stage but was a very Good experience as we traveled all the way from wayanad and beat the Heat here. As we are pure vegetarians and had to travel down hill 7kms for our lunch and dinner which took around 20mins which is fine with the kind of environment at the resort heritage offers. The View from Pool was fantastic and had a great time spending a bit of time near the pool. The mornings were full of Peace where birds were chirping and felt like its home to them The little draw back for us was with children it was tuff to always get to top of resort from entrance reception area as it was on incline without buggy service and very tiring after Two three times of walk. The Biggest upset we had was while we had to check out, we were asked to pay for using kettle to boil milk and our Naughty children while we were playing tambola in room must have left little sketch marks on bedsheet and pillow covers but after explaining they did not charge and let us go without paying for it but the way they asked us to pay for it or take Kettle and bedsheet if we wanted to was very rude from the receptionist lady. Any ways it was a Good time and would not expect such a location and room price better than this comparing to other resorts

Best place to stay with family. Very quite away from city. Nicely maintained. Stayed in there Delux and Jacuzzi suite. Good green cover with lot of flowering plants. Good restaurant with great food. Activities like badminton, carrom etc available.

Nice property good and clean rooms with all accessories. No wifi but mob connectivity was there being in interior. Service was good, breakfast average preparation of egg items too oily. The most concerning was no norms of hygiene being followed at pool and no one to check. Guests were entering pool with t-shirt, shirts and normal shorts without taking shower before entering the pool. Lastly there is no shed /room/ small place for drivers who accompany the guest particularly when leopards are seen around parking area. Rest we had a good stay.

The place was awesome the view and the stay experience was brilliant. The food cost is at the higher side. The hospitality and the staff was really helpful

Nice place with a great view! Rooms were clean and the food was good. Kids enjoyed the Pool area and the meditation zone.The play area is also maintained well

A beautiful resort nestled in the woods. A blend of traditional hospitality and modern amenities. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Good place to get away from city life and recharge your batteries. Only downside - taxi rates are very high.
