From the beginning: check in was no problem and property has a very nice entrance/business center. Pool out of order. From other commenters, at least 2 months, that seems unacceptable or for that long give people some notice. King suite room. Good size and well soundproofed. Was not bothered by any outside noise and easy to sleep. Room was not cleaned great. Furniture was dirty and previous guests hair-tie still on bathroom floor. No ice bucket in room. Staff was helpful when we asked for 2 more pillows. Breakfast was ok at best both days. Could have been good if someone was watching it. First day, no waffle batter, milk was gone, no regular bagels. Second day, no forks, and no muffins or bakery goods. Would go 6.5/10 with -1.5 for lack of pool facilities, -1 for the room not being fully cleaned and -1 for the lack of breakfast items.

The public areas were nicely set up and clean. The pool was closed marked out of order. We stayed 2 nights and house keeping did not refresh towels. Other than that, the room was comfortable. Easy check in and out. Convenient location. Definitely worth the price.

Had wanted to use the pool. It was closed. In room - no towels or washclothes. No instant coffee or coffee cups. Continental Breakfast - very limited, out of many items. We've seen better.

Tv was on in room on arrival, no remote, desk clerk resolved situation with different tv and remote. Had an issue with toilet in the morning and asked for a plunger, was refused. Room flooded and they didn’t have another room. We didnt stay second night.

Pretty sad. The pool was closed on one of the hottest weekends. No pool on a 3 day holiday Labor Day. Pretty sad

I would have given it a overall of 5 stars ( I gave 4 stars) but the air conditioner did not work that great and it was a little warm in the room to sleep. I mentioned it to the staff hopefully they get it fixed for the next person.

A good place for a quick stay. Breakfast is good too. Back door was duct tapped so the lock wouldn’t engage though.

Hotel was clean and rooms were decent. No complaints. Offered what we needed for the weekend.

Check-in was smooth. The young man was courteous and able to answer my questions. The room was clean and everything provided that I needed. I did some work in the lobby that evening and the staff was respectful. I had a quiet night of sleeping with no sounds of shutting doors or people talking in the halls. Breakfast provided a good variety and check-out had no problems. I will definitely stay here again.
