We had an excellent stay at this hotel 4 years ago, and were looking forward to returning. Yes the website mentioned room renovations but not anything about pool and hot tub not operating! Essential for travellers. Then we had eaten in Bonefish Grill on previous occasion and been so impressed we joined Dine Rewards and have used more times than we can afford. The clerk in hotel assured us we could charge a dine in meal to room... not so. So we missed out of extra Hilton Points! Breakfast redeemed this stay, proper full cooked buffet as used to be in all Hilton Garden Inns. Great waitress.

We were greeted at checkout by the nicest two ladies! We expressed a concern and they made right the situation with sweet apologies. She went out of her way to make us realize their southern hospitality. The manager also jumped over to yen Starbucks within the lobby to assist the crew member in making our breakfast and drinks! Overall we were so pleased with the morning crew!
