Muy buena ubicación. Es un apartahotel . Cualquier solicitud a través de whatsapp/mail. No hay recepción física

The best family apartment we've ever stayed in, it met all our needs, location was excellent, 2 minutes from the subway, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I can recommend it to those who want to wander around and to all Real Madrid fans!

Everything perfect, new clean and well furnished apartment equipped with everything you need. Simple check in and check out. If we want to look for a possible area of ​​improvement, an iron could be useful, especially for those traveling for work.

Do not stay during weekends or holidays because there is a club in the basement and whole building is vibrating and you can hear loud music. I was staying on 6th floor and couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, I can only imagine how bad it must be on lower floors.

Brand new property. Good service from staff when available. Complex / long self check in process.

Great stay

To even get into the bld u have to stand on street with all your bags and wait for customer service to answer your call get your name info and then buzz u in, as i was waiting, a vagrant was smoking 3 ft away and the smoke was blowing in my face, and the wind and it was cold, finally i got in, and the lobby has bits of food all over floor here and there, it was not really a hotel and not really a lobby as there was no receptionist just two screens, it took 3 calls and 35 minutes with phone call to customer service to get thru the process and u had to type in all the details all over again, passport expire date etc, very tedious and time consuming, they would not open the room til 3pm via an email to u, so that email came about 3.05pm and got to room and settled by 330pm so entire afternoon is lost, there is no where for them to store bags so u have to sit with the bags, there is no handy handout sheet of paper explaining anything like the fact, in any case the room is clean quiet, the important thing is there is no way i would call this a hotel, more and more some of the booking sites are using these quasy housing units and calling them a hotel, its a degradation of the language, i would say its a difference from a hotel, its what it is.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. Es cierto que a las 15:00h no estaba el apartamento disponible. A traves de la aplicación podriamos haber comunicado nuestra presencia ya allí para que solucionaran la disponibilidad, pero no utilizamos ese servicio porque tampoco estábamos allí. En unos 30-45 minutos vimos que ya estaba disponible. El apartamento muy nuevo, equipado con todo. Éramos 2adultos +2niños. 1 dormitorio y 1 sofá cama que reduce el espacio, pero realmente solo se utiliza para cenar algo y dormir. Sobre las taquillas,a la entrada antes de las 15h y salida, había disponibles, aunque alguna estaba abierta y bloqueada, con lo que no se podía utilizar. Otro tema es la discoteca en sótano viernes y sábados hasta 6am . Nosotros no nos enteraremos que estaba hasta que leímos reseñas de Google. Entonces es verdad que te paras a escuchar y hay un bum bum de fondo, que pensábamos que eran los aparatos de aire. También es cierto que estábamos en planta 4. Nosotros pudimos dormir bien. Pero dudo que las plantas inferiores pudieran... La zona muy buena, conectada al centro con metro muy cerca. Un Carrefour express a unos metros. Lo que nos costó fue encontrar un sitio donde desayunar. Muchos bares, pero cerrados. No sé si fue coincidiendo con Pascua, o que nos llovió mucho y no pudimos encontrar las calles donde hubieran más establecimientos abiertos. En general todo muy bien. Lo recomendamos. El día anterior me llamó una persona de Libere para ver si tenía alguna duda.
