The Food was awesome. Very courteous staff. We had a wonderful stay. Especially Ms Gayathri at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. By far the best hotel n Madurai. Highly recommend people trying their buffet lunch and dinner. Very good Spread.

Very very clean room and the spaciest I have ever been in. Very good service and food. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Lunch and dinner are a buffet of Indian and international dishes or a la carte. The ambience is a perfect relation of elegant and feel good. Hotel books tuctuc on request, less than 5 min to downtown. Very recommendable place to stay!

Overall good value for money hotel. Not too distant from airport as well as the Temple. The food spread for lunch and breakfast was quite good however test and quality of some items need to be improved. The entire team was super helpful and always wore a smile on their face.

The halls availability is sufficient. The food delivery is on time, tasty and served neatly. Rooms are very convenient. From MD, GM, Admin, and every staff did their duty very Passionately. Entire halls and some rooms were booked for 3 days and our Cement Conclave function was a grand Success. Quality Circle Forum of India, Madurai Chapter is very much thankful to Fortune Pandian Hotel, Madurai.

Trusted this property as it is a member of ITC. But it failed. The rooms were clean but the linens were stained and unclean. When informed the house keeping did not show up untill next day. The reception staff (Mr Seenu, Mr Vellaisamy, Ms Sabitha) were not very approachable too. They were very lethargic and unsupportive. Highly irresponsible. No co ordination between the staff team. Food was good . The stay is not worth for the exorbitant tariff they charge .

Food was great. Had A la carte. Breakfast was sumptuous. Great atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and Staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall a memorable experience of great hospitality for our group of six senior citizens out for a tour

The Hotel staff are very cooperative especially Restaurant Captain. Mr Soumen and Restaurant executive Mr Srinivasan were very humble and committed . Soumen will give utmost attention on every customer and he will fill your tummy with healthiest food.

I found the sales staff extremely helpful and professional in their conduct. Special thanks to Mr AP Danesh who always takes personal interest in making our event successful and smooth. They respond even at odd hours and are always courteous and polite. To conduct business events, there is no other place in Madurai better than Fortune Pandiyan

Dine in at its best quality with lotzz of varieties in menu and delightful ambience.. Tasty and mouthwatering spice food served with best in hospitality. Foodies can treat themsleves with buffet here. You could count in this place for Dinner when you visit Madurai
