素晴らしいホテルです。サービスは素晴らしく、食事も最高です。フロントのスタッフは滞在中ずっと歓迎してくれ、親切でした。部屋は豪華で、非常に清潔に保たれていました。ルームアテンダントのちょっとした心遣いが素敵で、ホテル全体の清潔さのレベルも非常に印象的でした。ビストロのスタッフは素晴らしく、特に Hanu*** と Declan は私たちのいつもの要望を記憶しているようでした。

このホテルは滞在するのに最高でした。数泊しましたが、まるで自宅にいるかのようにくつろげました。サンベッド付きのプールが 2 つあり、食事もおいしく、部屋もとても居心地がよかったので、外に出る必要はほとんどありませんでした。全体的に、とても快適な滞在でした。強くお勧めします。

素晴らしいホテルと休暇でした。ホテル、スタッフ、食事、設備、ビーチ、すべてが最高です。他に言うことはありません。唯一の残念な点は、複合施設の別の場所で行われる結婚式の騒音が時々本当にうるさすぎることです。

A very pleasant stay at The Diwa Club by Alila. Super staff, relaxing rooms, peaceful pool, fantastic food, delightful drinks, and much more to explore at your leisure, including beautiful nearby beaches.

Exceeded our expectations. The quality of the facilities and food was extremely high. We loved the tranquility of the Club and the daily high tea and sundowners were a real plus. It was great having access to the main hotel when we wanted it, notably the kids club, spa/yoga and spice station restaurant. It felt incredibly safe and all the staff were so helpful and attentive. We look forward to returning.

It would be an understatement to say that the Diwa Club exceeded our expectations. We’re a family of 4 and so booked a suite. The facilities were great, good spaces and we had a balcony with a view overlooking the pool. The decor was impressive and in keeping with the general feeling of the resort. We also had an additional small seating area on the balcony. We had a very large bathroom and more than ample storage space for our week-long stay. What really impressed us were the grounds. The greenery and the overall ambience made for a very tranquil setting that immediately made us feel refreshed. It is very apparent that the ***agement places a very high emphasis on maintaining this to a high standard. In our opinion the attention to this and the general design really sets the resort apart from others we have been to. Though the facilities were great, the holiday was taken up a couple of notches by the very attentive staff. They all took the time out to speak with us and make sure all of our holiday needs were met. I feel I should have taken a list of names, but I have mentioned a few of the guys that made our holiday special below, Being at the Diwa Club, we also had access to the all day lazy breakfast options and Chai Paani at the Bistro every evening. This was a very nice touch and the staff were very accommodating of our needs. Thank you to Chef Arif, Shivraj, Declan, Hanu*** and the rest of the team. We also had breakfast and our evening meals at Vivo. We really enjoyed the daily buffets and as a family of vegetarians, the variety was impressive. The food was fresh with lots of local ingredients prepared on site.. We have to say a very special thanks to the assistant ***ager, Somnath. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful over the course of our stay. He helped arrange food that was not available in the buffet when the kids were feeling fussy, and on one occasion, when we were feeling a little under the weather, he personally made a kadha for our sore throats (thanks, it worked a charm!). The variety of fresh food was a treat and when we praised head chef Sooraj and pastry chef Amit, they kindly took the time out to discuss the dishes and also shared a few recipes for a few of our fav dishes!! Thanks also to Barshan, Branden, Kumar, Sachin, Martha, Soumya and Sourav for your excellent service. We also ate once at the spice studio, which was great too. This was an A la carte menu, and the chef picked out some great choices for us. Nikunj and the housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean. Special thanks to Raghu, who took care of the room and even made a doll out of towels which the kids really appreciated.. Colin at the pool was always happy and cheerful and gave us some great advice around the different sightseeing options. Vasanth was great too. Lastly, our Diwa club hosts were brilliant and accommodating. A huge thanks to these guys as they were integral to coordinating our days and making our stay so memorable… Ruella,

The hotel is in an awesome location, away from the general loud and bustling nature of Goa. The facilities are exceptional, so are the venues for events and weddings, such as the one I came for. But what makes this hotel stand out from the crowd are the people. They truly are customer centric, friendly, and always there to help at a moments notice. I initially thought it was due to the fact that my brother Neeraj was a globalist, but I received the same feedback from other guests as well who were raving about the services provided to them. Thank you to Aashim (***ager) for reaching out to us prior and arranging whatever we needed. Also would like to mention Raghu and Ramchand from housekeeping, and Chelsa and Preston from the reception.

This was our 2nd returning stay here and this time we brought our parents which just shows how much of an impression it had on us last time. The resort is so so clean with immaculate tropical gardens and you can really tell the staff work hard to maintain the grounds as well as the hotel, also the hotel pools were both fabulous and enjoyable. All the staff were attentive and kind to us - special mention to Colin, Ramchand, Ragha and Astreild for the pool service and also the house keeping (we loved the towel animals everyday) and our room was kept spotless. Also a special mention to Jestin for the great yoga sessions too. So thank you all! We loved the daily sundowners and afternoon tea was great which is a great touch! Yes there as a bit of noise from the weddings but they were incredible to see how elaborate each one was. The ***agement really went above and beyond to help make our stay even better when we had a couple of snags which only reassured us in their quality of customer care and how proud they are of the hotel.

This was our 8th stay at the Alila Diwa and 6th in the Diwa Club; this is testimony to our love of the hotel, its staff and the surrounding area. We use the wonderful hotel pools, fitness areas & spa regularly and enjoy great service in every area from Colin, Ram, Joe & Alice and yoga with Jestin was great. The breakfast in The Bistro & Vivo sets us up for day and Chai & Sundowners are the ‘icing on the cake’ with Som and team looking after us exceptionally well. We enjoy watching the regular weddings but always found a quiet spot away when required. We will be back soon
