Peaceful hotel except for breakfast,in a hurry to close exactly at 10 am.without telling customer that breakfast will be close.

Hôtel lugubre du rez de chaussée jusqu’à la piscine sur le roof top… pas digne de figurer comme un Sheraton tel qu’on peut en trouver dans d’autres villes de l’Indonésie, par exemple celui de Surabaya qui est tout à fait remarquable et propose notamment un buffet breakfast à tomber par terre!

My friends and I decided to choose four points as places for us to rest in Makassar. Four Points never disappoints us with their services and staff. Shootout to Mr. Zuhair who helped us with our stuff. Besides His great help, He recommended us to go to several places to make our trip way much better. Thank you Four Points! Hopefully we can meet Mr. Zuhair again on another occasion!

Checked in my room, just felt surprised, There were no towels at all in my bathroom and I found a little insect in my room as well I thought it would give me a new experience as BonVoy member, but not at all, especially after pandemic unyet visit the hotel

- bad room hygiene, especially carpet cleaning - slow respons front desk, already repeat it over and over again but still no action - unfriendly service, please smile more - location pretty good - security pretty good

Solid place in the middle of gritty industrial Makassar, with exceptional service - which was a total surprise. I am recovering from a concussion and am highly sensitive to noise - as such Putra Philips (one of the managers) went out of his way to walk me through multiple rooms in the hotel until I found a room that suitable (there were several sources of noise). He was incredibly personable and patient. Additionally another manager (who's name I unfortunately did not get down), helped me track down a traditional dessert from Makassar and had it delivered to the hotel. I was delighted!

Property is very dated and damaged. (Carpets are stained, furniture is ripped, etc.) The ceilings also showed significant water damage and the shower was rusted. It’s very difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. All that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I travelled so many times to Makassar and I've tried stayed at many hotels in Makassar, but this hotel is remarkable compares with others. The hotel is located at the heart of Makassar city and surrounding with culinary destination. The staff are polite and professional. The room is clean and comfy. I like the working desk which completed with desk lamp So I can work comfortably. the most important is the hotel has the smoking room which suitable with me. Thank you, Four Points, for this. Really Appreciated. One more thing, could you provide the live music entertainment at your resto or coffee lounge at the evening so the guess can rest and relax after working hour?
