セラ ポッズ ホテル マニラ(Selah Pods Hotel Manila)

The service was good, with friendly and polite staff. PICC being the location of the Phil Pediatric Society Convention 2024 is just near this hotel, so I find it convenient and accessible. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast meals though a little late in delivering to the room but its worth the wait! God reminded me to Pause and Relax thru this hotel “SELAH” and I can only rest in God’s holy presence! I love overall the experience! God bless more and more!

I don’t believe this can happened in a quite high ratied hotel. The time I got into the room I actually saw that the angle bar from the stair was actually a threat to our safety because there is a table underneath it, people will need to take risk in order to put or take things from the table. Anyhow, I hit the angle bar with my head the 2nd day I stayed,it was so painful and swollen. I do not complain to the hotel bcoz it had happened , I wish to punish them from this comment , coz it’s an unforgivable mistake from the management. Beside that, everything is ok.

No complaints. Ok hotel. Everything was ok, nothing bad to report.

We've enjoyed skybar since we availed Dinner Buffet with live Band.

Location near LRT and have a bar on the top is good

The place is very convenient, being in the best location. The room is cozy and the vibe on the whole place is very modern and cool. However, during the night at the bar, we can hear the karaoke playing from our room and the noise the housekeeping and other people passing by the room, which is a bit frustrating when you are trying to sleep.

We went and checked in the Selah pods hotel last December 3 and checked out December 7. The hotel room is comfy eventhough it's small. The amenities are up to par. However when we checked out. We accidentally left our bag including our Ipad and other things we shopped during our stay in Philippines. We called the hotel and reported about the lost item but they told us they didn't find the bag on the lobby where we left it. When we checked the location of the IPad after our 2 hour flight, we can see that it is still in the hotel and still connected to the WiFi. We don't understand why the hotel would not return the lost items. As a hotel employee overseas, we don't tolerate any dishonesty on our part. We're very disappointed and it greatly affected our experience in this hotel.

So chaotic all the services,I booked for 2 nights and only oneday can access the pool. The smoking area are not safe for the guests and the pool is open it’s outdoor how we can’t able to smoke there and have a coffee. I paid additional for one person she stayed only for 5hrs and the cost are not so even. No complimentary water its a shame to be recommended. And i need to call so many times to ask for extra towels and blankets.
