Yes it's a hotel, but it seemed just as much an art installation. In the light well that passed my bedroom to feed the breakfast hall, hung a collection of a dozen birdcages. Generic unidentifiable bamboo frames, perhaps for kitchen use, were now stretching colourful local fabric. The sewing machine used in the process was still parked in the old rice warehouse floor should you wish to exercise your seamstresship skills. Not every choice was equally inspired: in attempting to cater to the international crowd, their version of breakfast paled beside the soup and noodle parlours on every side... that and the river! Your guest status comes equipped with free access to one of four rickety old bikes with which to negotiate your place in the traffic flow. The weekend hysteria was bubbling to the surface as I left, but during the week the bike was terrific for braving back alleys and slowly enlarging your neighbourhood circle of familiar facades before heading out to expand your reach beyond the tourist maps. Providing one takes care not to be run over there was considerable flexibility among local road users; even not being phased by a determined dart in the wrong direction. Once home again, you'll have spotted innumerable eating establishments. Those mass muncheries right of the river suited both me and hordes of non-europeans fine. Two bridges up river Papanya or something featured the //Shellout//: your table gets stripped as they lay out a large plastic sheet; small pyramids of wrapped rice appear. Then, out comes the seafood bucket with your favorite sauce* that gets slopped into the middle of the table for your tactile handy dining pleasure. (*The choice of sambal manis seemed to awaken my waiter's approval of appropriate levels of foreigner curiosity.). ---This should of course be its own review... I cannot carry on about what seems to be a local tradition of sponsoring a birthday or honeymoon meal where two people eat across from elaborate arrangements of flowers and presents.

HERITAGE DELUXE ROOMを予約しましたが、IMPERIAL DELUXE ROOMになりました。宣伝されているものとは異なり、HERITAGE DELUXE ROOMはより広く、スタディデスクが付いています（広告の写真を参照）。ホテルのカウンターでその旨を伝えましたが、返ってきた返事は少々微妙でした。ホテルからは、私がとった部屋は確かに HERITAGE DELUXE ROOM で、部屋のデザインもオーナーによって違うとのこと 🙄...違うなら、なぜ広告に表示されないのですか?アゴダ、旅行、そしてインペリアル自身のウェブサイトで宣伝されているすべての写真を調べましたが、私が得た部屋は表示されているものとはかなり異なることがわかりました。また、ホテルからは、広告の写真のような勉強机のある部屋が欲しい場合は、水がないので午後 8 時以降は待たなければならないと連絡がありました 🙄. 以前のレビューも読みましたが、驚いたことに、同じようなコメントを見つけました。体験しました。 Act 私は以前このホテルに泊まったことがあり、良かったのですが、今回は違いました。とても残念です。ですから、ホテルには部屋のシステムを改善し、スタッフの接客方法も改善してほしいと思います。 TQ.

まず価格が安いことが一番の魅力です。 そしてこの値段にしては部屋はとてもきれいで、広さも十分です。浴室も広く、お湯もしっかり出ます。ボディーシャンプーもあり（ないと思っていた）期待以上でした。 カウンターのないセルフチェックイン方式で、最初少し手間取りましたが、わかると簡単です。 難点を言えば、天井のファンが強力で風があるのは良いが、音がうるさかったのと、また別の部屋の声も聞こえてきましたが、許容範囲です。 ジョンカーストリートから10分ほど歩いた所で住宅地のようなところにありますが、すぐ裏にコンビニもレストランもあり便利です。また眼の前に小さな市場があり午前中営業しているようです。 また利用したいホテルです。

22 階のパブからの眺めは素晴らしいです。プールも良かったです。近くにはジョリビー、マクドナルド、サブウェイ、スターバックス、ナシカンダル、ナンヤンチキンライス、ロンドンカフェなどのおいしい飲食店があります。ショッピングにはマコタパレードとパークソンリアまで徒歩 5 分です。スポーツウェアや靴を販売している店がたくさんあります。ジョンカーストリートと週末のパサールマラムまで徒歩 10 分です。プールエリアでの素晴らしい顧客サービスと、おいしいカンポンナシレマを勧めてくれた Mufizruddin に特に感謝いたします。

全体的にはまあまあで、部屋は清潔、設備もまあまあです。ロケーションがとても気に入りました。近くにはあらゆる観光スポットや食べ物の屋台があります。2km 離れているため、ジョンカー ストリートやダタラン パラワンまで歩いてすぐです。ただし、悪い点は、ピーク時にはエレベーターが遅すぎることです。

ベイビュー ホテル マラッカでの滞在は、フロント デスクのスタッフの非常に親切でフレンドリーな対応のおかげで、本当に思い出深いものとなりました。 ホテル全体が完璧に清潔で、隅々まで清潔な環境を維持しようとするスタッフの献身が感じられました。 超近代的ではありませんが、ホテルはよく整備されたジムやプール施設など、最も基本的なアメニティを提供していました。 昔ながらのデザインと雰囲気が魅力的な雰囲気を醸し出し、マラッカの豊かな歴史を垣間見ることができます。 マラッカの中心部という戦略的な立地のおかげで、市内の観光スポットを楽々と探索できました。 賑やかな通りと穏やかな川の息を呑むような景色を望む広々とした部屋はハイライトでした。 観光の 1 日の後に、居心地の良い隠れ家を提供してくれました。 しかし、本当に際立っていたのは、フロント デスクのスタッフの温かさとプロ意識でした。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで、彼らは常に笑顔で対応してくれ、貴重なアドバイスを提供し、私のすべてのニーズに迅速に対応してくれました。 マラッカで快適さ、懐かしさ、そして卓越したおもてなしの融合を求める方には、ベイビュー ホテル マラッカを強くお勧めします。

4つ星ホテルとは違い、5つ星ホテルとも言えるとても良いホテルです。部屋の広さ、ドリンクバー、フロントデスクのスタッフ、エリアなど、すべてが素晴らしいです。ショッピングモールにも近い。大丈夫。朝食のインドのパンとスイカは素晴らしかったです。牛乳も美味しいですよ。お隣はマラッカです。バルコニーはとても広いです。ただ、夜も朝も川の向こうでお経を唱える人がいるが、まだ許容範囲だ。マラッカのすべての観光スポットまで徒歩圏内です。マラッカの見どころは非常に集中しているので、1日あれば十分です。

フレンドリーなスタッフ。ショッピングモール、観光スポット、レストランへのアクセスも良好。国際色豊かな朝食が気に入りました。最も重要なのは、階下がバスの乗降場所になっていることです。とても便利です。

Where do I begin with this hotel…?! Booked for 3 nights via Expedia because the hotel’s reservation page kept declining my credit card but still charging it - will sort this out later. Check-in: was told I had to pay a RM50 deposit in cash when I checked in. My hotel was prepaid online but I have no issue with the deposit, except they wouldn’t take credit cards for the deposit as they apparently cannot issue deposit refunds via credit card. I guess they haven’t learned about placing authorizations on cards and reversing the charges. They have Touch n’Go e-wallet stickers at reception but also wouldn’t allow me to pay the deposit via TnG. Fortunately I had some cash on me or I would have had to go find an ATM to withdraw money. Arguing with the receptionist is pointless since they’re merely enforcing stupid and nonsensical policies by management. Room: basic but acceptable. The remote controls for the air conditioning and tv were given at check-in. I guess the management is highly suspicious of guests and will not leave them in the room. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best and water pressure so-so. TV channels have zero channels in English. Guess English-speakers aren’t their intended clientele. Housekeeping does not automatically make up rooms. I was out the whole day and when I came back around 645pm, realised that the room was not made up. By then I had decided to move hotels and forego remaining 2 nights after the first night. At checkout when I told the receptionist about the unmade room, I was told that I had to call housekeeping to clean the room. What kind of half-baked, cheapskate dump has such a ridiculous policy!? I was told that apparently some guests don’t allow housekeeping in and so they just decided to not clean until asked. Amazingly every other respectable hotel in the world has a better solution to this - come back later!! Funnily this ridiculous policy is also not communicated at check-in. I didn’t expect an offer of refund for checking out early. Any hotel whose management is such a skinflint that they wouldn’t even provide daily housekeeping or keep the remotes in the room can hardly be expected to engage in customer service. Oh as a bonus, I saw an ironing board in the corridor. They wouldn’t provide ironing boards in the room of course. The pictures say more than I can. Verdict: never coming back here again if I can help it. Overpriced and does not deserve 3 star rating.

マラッカの新しい宿泊施設。場所は主要な観光スポットから外れていますが、高層階の海側を選べば眺めは格別です。ベッドは少し硬めですが、枕とその他のアメニティは問題ありません。マスターベッドルームにテレビがもう 1 台あれば最高です。 宿泊施設には、ベッドルーム 2 室、バスルーム 2 室、キッチン、洗濯機、有料チャンネル プロバイダー付きのテレビが備わっています。 将来また泊まりたいです
