I will say when I arrived the hotel wasn't what I expected....but it won me over. Location fantastic, felt safe there. Room cleaned every day and always left spotless. Reception staff were so helpful and very nice and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Very impressed.

remote control offers dry mode which is better than humidity left behind by air conditioning without it. Steps from beach good price, super clean, ok rooms, no damage.

Great location - close to the beach and a metro line. Large room and had a fridge. Very friendly staff

Nice little hotel. Rooms basic but got everything you need. Hand your key over when you go out so that you don’t lose it. Air con works well. Location is good, 5 mins from the Huelin metro stop and 30 seconds from the beach. Only reason not for 5/5 was the lack of plug sockets and pillows.

For the purpose of my visit it was excellent

The room was fine, comfortable bed. Unfortunately no safe, and you have to leave the key with reception when going out. Late on our last night, I went to get my wallet out of the bedside cabinet, (it had been there all day). The wallet was there but it was empty. Around 600 euros were missing. The manager said I was a liar. No point in contacting the police. The manager said they had cctv on all floors, well I am still waiting for a response for his search. The two of us never invited anyone into our room. Thats what happens when no safe is available. And key is returned to reception. No doubt I will get a nasty response and called a liar again. But all of the above is true. Avoid

I booked a room and did prepayment, when we arrived they said we're overbooked and took us to another street and gave us an appartement, when we refused they said take it or leave, first of all nobody speaks english and they ignored us badly, the appartement so dirty and not safe for girls at all. In the morning someone came to us and said we don't have room and if you want to leave feel free and we will rembourse you, after 4 days no refound has been done and when I asked they said we will not refound anything, and you can take voucher.... This staff they don't give any care to guests and seems don't like arabs at all, I don't recomment this propety and I will contact the ministry of tourisme to explain what happening to tourists in this hotel.

Good location for Huelin area and ticked into a quiet location off the main road. Hotel is mature, the beds were re uncomfortable (for us) and the bathroom was Spartan.

Great location. The hotel is very close to the sea. The surrounding area has many restaurants, local bars and the regional market. The train station is 30 minutes on foot. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the towels are also changed. On the ground floor there is a modestly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sink). The hotel staff is very friendly. The reception is available 24/7, so we felt safe. I recommend!
