Friendly staff, marvelous view, outstanding service, nice room

The absolute star of this location in the staff and the level of service. Service that not only reacts to your needs but predicts them, suggesting (without intrusion) opportunities that you not even have thought of. The really wonderful local staff are the cornerstone of the fantastic holiday I had here. The facilities (both in room and in the hotel more broadly) are excellent, having everything you might need. Everything is in perfect working order, kept fastidiously clean. The location of fantastic, with not just a beach at your doorstep, but snorkelling will reveal amazing coral and fish just a few meters from the shore. You’ll watch the sun set over the ocean and behind Bali every evening. I travelled alone, staying for 11 nights. I needed a calm, relaxing and restorative holiday and this was absolutely perfect for me. This hotel would be fantastic for couples as well as families and groups of friends.

More than Excellent small boutiqe hotel in the Senggigi areas. Right by beach, mesmerizing sunset views from the whole hotel place, include your own private terrace. Large, sea view rooms, comfy bed, nice pool area. But 2 things much more than excellent: the staff is superb and really attentive, and the breakfast is delicius and home made. Definitely recommended, and will come back soon. Don't miss the Lombok wildlife park, it is 20 minutes by car from the hotel!

The best accommodation in Malacca. I recommend staying here... because this accommodation is very quiet, far from the sound of vehicles and the only sound is the sound of the waves on the beach. the service is also extraordinarily good, friendly and always provides the best service... for the ocean view room, it is the room with the best view which directly faces the beach and in the afternoon you can see a beautiful sunset🔥

The resort is located on a quiet coastal town Malaka. Perched on pristine white sand beach, its clear that Seven Secrets’ main attraction is the expansive private beach and calm water it provides to in-house guests. The room was equipped with an outdoor hot tub which was unique - the only drawback was that the privacy curtain was pretty much see-through. the staff were INCREDIBLE! Each one of them were super friendly and willing to go out of their way to provide a 5 stars experience. Definitely recommended for anybody looking for a much needed break from Bali or Gilis.

I loved the stay at this wonderful resort! The secluded location makes it a hidden gem worth experiencing. Noticed that they have rebranded to Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens just as expected their service is excellent. The room is so convenient, the jacuzzi, the pool, the beach, basically, the whole experience is just so magical. I suggest to choose the one with the ocean view, you wake up with wonderful scenery every morning.

Just got back from a stay at the lovely Seven Secrets Hotel in Lombok, and wow, what a gem! First off, the location is perfect – it's peaceful enough for a chill getaway but also super close to some cool local spots. Now, let's talk about that beach. Picture this: soft white sands, clear blue waters, and that calming sound of waves – it's the kind of place you'd never want to leave. As for the service? Top-notch! The Seven Secrets crew really made me feel at home. They were always on hand with a smile, keen to help out or share some local insights. All in all, if you're looking for a friendly spot in Lombok with an awesome beach vibe and great folks to make your stay special, Seven Secrets is the place to be. Big thumbs up from me!

amazing hotel with the best sunset view. unlike other hotels in Senggigi or at the same line that the beach so crowded with public visitor or lots of coral, at this hotel I feel like I own the beach privately and also safe free worrie to swim
