The hosts made us feel like family ! All the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. We will be back !

Lovely family-fun hotel. The room was nice with three beds, a sink, fridge and a balcony. The shower worked fine and wifi downstairs was good. The pool was excellent, clean and with a good range of depth. The host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value and drinks were available from the fridges throughout.

For a trip on a budget, this was a great hotel. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, a very family atmosphere. Room was clean, bed comfy, little lounge area with kitchenette (fridge, sink and kettle), and a little terrace looking out on pool. Bathroom entertaining as the shower curtain has a mind of its own, and the bin gets used a lot.

I came here in mid February until the first week of March. First time, though I have been coming to Crete for the last 12 years. I was looking for a place from which I could move easily in the Heraklion region. I was here for business. The location is perfect as it is very close to the sea, close to the main routes of communication, and very quiete, at least in this period. In Summer of course it becomes populated, I guess, but that is good becaouse the area becomes vibrant and exciting. There many shops, there are Supermarkets near by (one of them is very famous in all Europe, even in London). Petrol stations are very frequent in this area. Although you do not see it and do not hear it, the motorway is just 3 minutes from here, and it is very convenient if you want to go here and there, especially when exploring sites in Summer, or for business reasons. Parking is very easy and just at the Hotel premises. The personnel is very nice and friendly. There is a very nice swiming pool, but I couldn't use it this time. Near here there are a lot of sites that need to be seen, do not miss them. Last, but not least, the price has been quite good. Really convenient. So, all in all, I had a very good experience at this Hotel, and I suggest it to you very much. Fabio

This hotel was, while not a 5 star hotel, a wonderful first experience to Greece. It seems to be family run, which makes it so much better than some chain hotel. The receptionist/cook/best guy ever was soooo accommodating and friendly, it made my 3 hour delay pleasant. He was so nice, and even offered to cook the dinner meal that made me feel special. I know I’m just another customer, but the way that guy and (I’m presuming his mother?) the rest of the staff were so friendly… it really made me feel welcome. The room was super clean, and I even had a first floor balcony right on the pool! I really wish I would have stayed longer. Beaches and beach resorts/places to beach are sooo close! It’s only a €20 trip from the airport, and if you’re taxi-ing to go somewhere anyway…. Go here!!! The only thing that was weird for me, was no tp in the toilet. BUT. I’ve heard from other friends, that’s the norm here. So be prepared for that. Hey, guy who checked me in and cooked my dinner and gave me wine and made me try the delicious salad with the chicken…. For reals, I love you forever. ❤️ You made my first experience in Greece the BEST!! If I get the chance to come back, I’m coming to your hotel!!

I would like to begin saying that it was nice to find the hotel very flexible with the check in hours as they let us arrive very late at night. Unfortunately though, when we mentioned to the owner (the morning after) that the sheets and towels were dirty, he suddenly became aggressive when we were about to leave the premises. We were very shocked about his reaction as we were leaving with our luggages without asking for refund for the second night that we already paid. He shouted at us and offended us for not reason. I highly advise against staying at this hotel as the owner clearly shows some behaviour issues. I'd like to think that this was the first time something like this happened but it is still worrying that someone can react as he did just because we asked for clean towels and sheets.

Very Good Value

Accueil sympathique, même si l'hôte nous a accueilli en maillot de bain. Piscine sympathique Qualité du petit déjeuner moyenne. Salle de bain pas terrible : pas de paroie de douche, interdiction de jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes et mauvaise odeur ... Tres très mauvaise odeur sur les draps et les serviettes de toilette, ce qui rend la nuit "très compliquée". Fenetres qui ne ferment pas vraiment bien ...

Hotel a gestione familiare, personale molto gentile. Parti comuni carine ma le stanza avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto il bagno. Colazione davvero essenziale. Considerando il prezzo molto conveniente è buono per una notte se si è di passaggio da Heraklion
