Everything was perfect!

Excellent again on all levels. Great room, breakfast quality and overall service. The cleanliness is impeccable and so are the beach and the spa, with great treatments by a very professional team. This hotel and it’s surroundings never lets you down! We will be back again. Thank you!

The beach bar serves drinks in plastic!!! glasses. It feels like going to a cheap students' party. How much lower can you go? First time ever to have such appaling experience. I would love to meet the bright mind that came up with such brilliant idea.

What is best is their private beach and the cikat bay, the swim in the early morning as the sun rises or late in the afternoon as it goes down and there is hardly anybody in the sea beats it all. The water was perfect clean and warm, to get the front row seats you need to be early bird but there are enough places on the beach for all. It is nice and peaceful just to relax on the beach the whole day. They have a spa and pool as well. The room is decent, big enough, and nice. Some small issues with key which were resolved and shampoo that was not working. Hotel is big and you do not feel there are a lot of people and maybe at certain times it can get crowded for breakfast which was better in the past, staff needs training most are very young and not experienced but at least are trying. Nice to have breakfast outside on the Terrasse but there is not enough covered area so the shaded part gets crowded quickly. The drinks and food in the Restaurants in hotel and around as they belong to the hotel are very expensive and not worth the price. Food is ok but just too expensive. A few electro chargers available at the hotel and lots of parking space. We were early July so hotel was not very full. Friendly staff overall.

Love this hotel but the response to my first night with no blinds and no AC was wholly unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Top 5 star hotel. Very nice room. Good food. Perfect beach and beach bar in sea lagoon. Stuff comepleatly proffesional. 0-24hrs perfect service all around hotel. In door and outside pools are big and family firendly. Very nice place to spend all holiday. Amazing breakfast

Very challenging check-in. We had booked two twin rooms using internet website and the hotel were not going to honour this until I found evidence. My 20 daughter & 22 son could not share a bed! Please ensure you have a paper trail checking details such as this and sea view (another thing which disappoints some visitors) before you arrive.

Despite all its qualities, I will no longer stay in this, or any of the other hotels in Mali Losinj which are owned by the Jadranka company. This company is itself owned by Beta investment, which is in turn owned by a Russian company (OBSHCHESTVO S OGRANICHENOY OTVETSTVENNOSTYU UPRAVLYAYUSHCHAYA KOMPANIYA ALFA-KAPITAL, Russia) that is a likely front for some oligarchs and a probable money laundering operation. As long as Jadranka does not return to a Bone Fide owner, expert in running a tourist operation, with transparent financing, sustainable SOPs,recruitment that guarantees living wages and fair recruitment and employment, I will neither stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

Despite the fact that I paid in cash, the amount was also deducted from my card, which I only received back after almost 2 weeks. I asked for compensation due to the exchange rate difference, and they did not even give me an answer on several occasions. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the hotel due to their inattention and inadequate handling of my complain.
