ホテル ブゲルホフ(Hotel Bugelhof)

We travel a lot and this was one of our best accomodation experiences! The mountain lodge decor and cozy size of only 50 rooms was the perfect balance of convience without over crowding. I was a bit hesitant reserving because all other accomodations seemed managed by SkiStar. This turned out to be no inconvience at all. The entire staff was incredibly freindly and the location was perfect. There are a few restautant and ski shop choices, ice skating, and ski lifts right outside the front door. There is a bus stop at the Concept Store in front of the hotel, but the bus timing was unreliable after 35cm dump of snow overnight. Ski storage lockers were also provided to save valuable room space. The family room with loft was brilliant but it would have been nice to have a bit mroe space. The restuarant was fantastic. Breakfast was way more than the typical European meat and cheese. It met American standards of satisfaction with waffle maker, eggs and bacon.

We did not stay but visited the hotel restaurant for an evening meal and had a fantastic dinner!! The service was great and food was incredible. Our group tried a variety of dishes and they were all lovely (including the childrens meals). We will definitely be back!

Very cosy ski hotell, the long distance bus from Southern Sweden stops just outside. The room was nicely decorated with view over the slopes. Very cosy lobby and helpful staff. There were baskets with free hotell slippers everywhere. The spa area was nice hot tub requires payment with coins. Who has coins nowadays? Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms, decent restaurant, although I think they could expand their restaurant menu. Overall, super friendly and courteous staff all willing to help with a great location right by the ski lift.

Looking forward to a nice restaurant dinner the other night we arrived in the personaly and smart design dining area. After the starter it took a while before we started to miss our main course. Before we even gave a notice the servant comes up to us apologizeing for the delay and offerd us a constantly compensation. Some minutes later our food showed up, realy tastefull and over our expectations. Wish other restaurants would show that service level.

Very helpful and friendly staff and great location. Excellent breakfast and lovely restaurant looking directly out on the slopes. Easy car parking and an all round lovey hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really good hotel, friendly people, excellent service and really good food. Unfortunately during our stay, there was an elevator installation in progress. A lot of drilling every day that at the end it was a bit much, quite annoying actually. This is a temporary thing that will be over at one point and does not reflect the quality of food and friendliness of the staff. Definitely a highly recommended hotel. All 3 thumbs up!!!

Fantastic cozy environment, great service and good food and drinks. Minus was the construction that was taken place but as we were there off season so that was ok.
