A fancy hotel with a beautiful and lively lobby full of colorful orchids , rooms clean specially toilet , comfortable bed , tasty breakfast , friendly and smiling staff , must try the delicious pastries at gourmet lounge. Staff at gourmet lounge needs to be more professional and know the etiquette while talking to each other in presence of guests .

We had a wonderful lunch today at the beautiful Ritz Carlton Hotel. We are here for the Formula 1 weekend as a family and the experience was very pleasant thanks to our friend Nikhil and his great service, friendship and hospitality. After visiting a couple other beaches here in Bahrain, we think that the beach here in Ritz Carlton is by far the best one. Will definitely visit again and thank you to the Ritz Carlton family for making the experience unforgettable for us!

I want to share some thoughts on our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain. It was a wonderful experience, and we appreciate the effort put forth by the team to make our stay memorable. Our time at Ritz Carlton was truly exceptional, and I felt compelled to convey our gratitude. Despite the premium cost, we found the services provided to be satisfactory, and we felt truly special during our time here. The dedication and warmth exhibited by the staff were exemplary, particularly from individuals like Jennifer and Gopi, and added a personal touch to our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gifts we received during check-out, which was a nice touch that we won't soon forget. However, in the spirit of constructive feedback, I wish to highlight a minor area for potential enhancement. While the air conditioning units functioned adequately, the noise levels were slightly disruptive, detracting marginally from an otherwise tranquil ambiance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and when we arrived Mukesh at the front desk gave us an upgrade and had the room decorated for the occasion with cake as well! The room was clean, the bed & pillows very comfortable, the bathroom and amenities excellent, everything was amazing. The beach, pool, and lounges/restaurant were all perfect. We were given a little gift when we checked out! Thank you to MUKESH who is amazing! Ana at the front desk, Robert at the concierge, and Shella at the Gourmet Lounge. All of them were great along with every member of staff. Keep up the amazing work! Kudos to you all!

I am an expat in Dubai who have been coming in and out for business and leisure with my wife Liz and kids. The Ritz and Sofitel are our go tos. I must say, this time back, the quality of F&B has been going down and down the drain as well as the old and never refurbished rooms.. most especially last year and this year. The service is not as welcoming as before. When called, they seem disturbed. Staff have no emotions, and spirit in their smiles.. what happened? It is basic etiquette.. No longer the legendary ritz carlton i see in dubai.. doha.. al bustan.. or even bahrain.. before. I once dined in the mexican restaurant once on my last return and the staff were lifeless unlike before.. where we got to connect with the their team and felt as if we transported to Mexico, now.., our food was just served, the mexican ambience is gone. Moreover, we visited to la med and again.. bad quality of service. This time.. I approached one gentleman to complain about my experience unfortunately I did not get the name but he just kept nodding.. and pretentiously saying yes and of course, no action taken, i am 100% sure it was a manager as he was wearing a blue suit. I dont feel welcomed and feel uncomfortable with the quality of service unlike before. There are big changes that I cant seem to find out what but it feels different, unnatural and heavier. Spa was still okay but again, felt different and a bit empty? No warmth and genuine welcome. Again.. If you stay in a ritz, you do not have to ask.. it is given.
