Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn, direkt am Hafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir hatten eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk auf dem Tisch stehen. Leider gab es keine Nespresso Maschine oder Ähnliches sondern nur löslichen Kaffee.

Marta Dawson was exceptional with her service and that alone bumped our review from 3 stars to 4, she was truely a gem! The room view was stunning, the size was good, the condition was a bit damaged and dated. A tile in the shower was broken so had to be careful not to cut our feet on it. One of the outlets wasn’t working when we tried to use the iron. The bathroom did not have a lock which was annoying. The pool was ok but would be better if there were shade. The gym was small, cramped and unusable by anyone at least mildly interested in their fitness. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel and not cheap it could have been a bit better but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was perfectly located in Mandurah for our purpose. Situated near restaurants and bars and right on the foreshore. Stayed over Xmas and New Year period and near the main attractions and fireworks. Most days we could see dolphins swimming by while having breakfast or sitting on the balcony.

The view was amazing waking up each morning to watch the dolphins from your balcony or while you eat breakfast at the cafe that has beautiful food

Check in was a simple friendly process and the rep was happy and recommended things to do in the area being first time in Mandurah

Nice hotel, situated on the water front close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Free parking in the public lot next door.

Lovely clean place to stay at. Great location Friendly staff. Breakfast was 👍
