In the first i booking wrong the hotel from The ocean pearl to booking this hotel The ocean pearl inn, It’s same company. T Room is okay, Big and Clear. Staff is nice. But don’t have hair dryer available in room,must request with reception.

Nice and comfortable stay rooms very clean and tidy the staffs are really very co operative and service wise is also very good

Wonderful stay at Ocean Pearl Inn. Staff in all areas are good. Excellent service from the Reception very efficient staff. Very alert and efficient especially Pritesh Mendonca and his team at the reception. Thank you Pritesh for being so courteous and welcoming. Thank you restaurant team at the Asian restaurant. Good Breakfast and dining restaurant. House Keeping too is very good at their job. Clean spacious rooms. All the very best to all of you at Ocean Pearl Inn. Have Blessed Prosperous days ahead. Ocean Pearl Inn is a good place to stay for a short business trip. Located centrally in ***galore its a very convenience place. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is ok for a short stay

The hotel experience was amazing, staffs are good. Plz don't add more money for snacks, its shame for the hotel like you to buy extra money from the customers. Other wise hotel, room, staffs are amazing. A feel good experience. Entrance and waiting areas are good

Excellent hotel, I was with my family over the weekend. Great service, Ramdas in room service, Pradeep from Housekeeping and Ravindra from the restaurant made our lives very easy. Special applause to Milan the General ***ager, he and his team really made us feel at home.

Restaurant service is too good, Quality food with good treatment as professional specially I would like to thanks all Mr. Praveen, Mr. Samual Mr. Anas Mr. madhushree for amazing service while having dinner. I highly recommend the same for family visit. Regards

The ambience , the food , the staff are par excellence. Mr. Samuel is very approachable and he ensures the smooth functioning of the Ocean Pearl Inn. Overall my family and I have decided to frequent this property and we recommended it to our friends.

I stayed here for one night and two days on 16-17 February, 2024 and was allocated room 409. At the time of check out Front Desk staff took about one hour to complete the check out process. They kept me and my friend waited for one hour standing. I am senior citizen, but despite that they neither offered a seat nor even a glass of water. The Front desk assistant was rude and arrogant with us. Other staff members of the hotel were merely spectators, none of them came forward. I got headache and directly visited for medicine. Shockingly, when I spoke to senior ***agement of the hotel ie GM over phone, he also supported his staff over me and justified the attitude of their staff and brushed up all allegations. When I complained in writing, then only he telephoned me and apologised to me. The service and behaviour of staff at this hotel have gone down drastically over the years. It’s no longer the same for which it was meant for till one year ago. They don’t have any sensitivity and concerns towards senior citizens. It’s pathetic. Owner of the property should look into.
