Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

This was a welcome break for us during the june heat, the breakfast was excellent both for Veg and Non Veg. However my meat loving friends may feeel a bit below expectation. Also was surprised no spa available, however the choice of hotel was done based on this facility.

One of the finest hospitality experiences one can have. The experience starts the moment taxi arrives at porch and getting welcomed by guards' warm smile, front desk staff are very friendly and caring, check-in is superfast as is checkout. All services from room service to restaurant dining is better than what a groom can expect.

It was an amazing experience. We were upgraded to suit. It was very nice. We ordered in lunch, which was very tasty. The staff was very polite, helpful and courteous. Chef helped us his best and served us with good food. Our food choices are little different, so we were not completely satisfied but it was still good. Our transportation to airport was also great. Overall it was a great experience.

I visited Vivanta Manglore on 22nd May for one night and again for two nights in 26th and 27th May. This visit was with my family . Our experience was awesome starting from reception to dining to our room. Everyone was courteous enough to take care of our need. Food was very good. Breakfast spread was also good enough. When I reached manglore airport I booked etios for pickup but hotel sent Innova without any additional cost similarly during our second stay hotel gave us upgrade. Every now or then staff was taking feedback about services. Here i want to especially mention that Sudheesh is really great professional who ensured that there should not be any flaw in providing the required services. All the best to the entire team of Vivanta Manglore and keep on doing great work.

The hotel has an old world charm. The rooms near and tidy. Adequate toiletries are provided and a mini bar to get by with. The in room dining experience was good with fast and efficient service. The complementary breakfast has very few options and limited spread and not at all hot. Coffee was good though.

It was a ok ok kind of stay. Rest everything is fine, only food section needs a lot of improvements. Food is prepared as if all the people staying here are South Indians which is obviously not true. Dinner was sweet and bland for our taste. The room amenities were also not up to the mark. Our quilt was old and itchy which is not expected from this brand . We asked them to change it but had to wait a long time and call them again to remind them about the same which was done after 40 mins. Service at the breakfast table was very slow. There is almost no one to take or deliver orders. Chef was the only person who was helpful during both our meals. He got special food prepared for us because we needed very spicy but. It was still not very spicy but he tried his level best to provide us with what we needed. Thanks to him. He is the only reason for even these three stars, otherwise I was going to rate the hotel 01 star for food. His name is Durai.

The way every person who welcomed with a simle was amazing. Quicker support from service staff was good. Clean rooms. Seen glass bottle for drinking water, great initiative, which will help reduce the usage of plastic bottles. Great job. Keep going.

Good property located near the SBI circle in the centre of city. Rooms are maintained very well and housekeeping is good. Reception and restaurant staff are very help and friendly. Food is good in both Chinese and the regular restaurants. Buffet dinner is not available on all days. Entering and exiting on your vehicle with luggage is an issue as the vehicles are not cleared promptly by the staff and need us to wait for long times especially peak hours. Loud Noise from the function hall is very much disturbance to the in-house guest having dinner in the restaurant which needs to be addressed for the comfort of the guests.
