The hotel needs a slight renovation, but overall still okay. The best thing about my staying here is the staffs (two of them when i arrive and want to check in) were so kind and polite. The offer me if i want to upgrade or not, and showing me before i decide. Splendid trip, i will definitely come back here next time..

Sblm check in udh req king bed. Tp gbs krn udh penuh dan hbs, mrk nawarin buat jadiin 1 twin bed nya, udh di ok in. Pas mlm check in masuk kamar blm disatuin. Airnya agak bau, sofanya ada yg bolong & bekas ketumpahan sesuatu gitu, breakfastnya bubur agak basi, rotinya kering, nasi b aja, staffnyaramah bangeeeet 👍🏻. Airnya kecil jg, pas mandi siang udh ngga panas lagi jg gatau knp. Tapi yaa masih okelah buat stay disitu, kemana2 deket. Pas di lorongnya atapnya bolong2

I choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing.. Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name).. Sorry I didn't take any picture..

Excellent with respect to its facilities... and worth it. Only need to improve their food numbers but for quality and presentation it was so very good.

Pegawai kurang ramah, sandi wifi tidak diberikan, telfon tidak berfungsi. Tolong diperbaiki lagi kinerja nya.

Request ke reception tambahan handuk 1 gk dikirim kirim, karna dikamar hanya ada 1 handuk.. Akhirnya minta kepetugas room boy
