Had extreme difficulty contacting hotel to extend their me night following neurosurgery. Ended up paying much more than previous 2 nights (that were booked thru *******. My husband was very upset with hotel staff and really can’t see why we’d be charged so much! Impossible to get front desk to answer!

The front counter people were great. Room was clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant were fantastic.

Great place to stay. Convenient access to local restaurants and Mayo Center walkway. Highly recommended to consider your stay in downtown Mankato here.

When I checked in Saturday, I was told they gave my room away and only had a king. My companion had to have a rollaway bed brought up which he said was not that comfortable. I was told to contact them later if ai want to dispute or complain. This marks 2 straight stays there where my room was either given away or they had rooms incorrect.

I like the location. I don't like how low the parking ramp is.

Front desk was very quick and helpful. Clean rooms. All I need in a hotel.

Booked the King Deluxe Suite, it was amazing and comfortable. Pricey, but we enjoyed it. The only thing i would suggest is to have the front desk and also the restaurant hosts be more knowledgeable of all the services available. And if they aren't then maybe have hotel and connected restaurant information available in the rooms, we had to call restaurant about two different questions we had and also questions we had to ask front desk. All our questions were pretty basic information that should have already been advertised inside our room, especially since we were in the King Deluxe Suite room. Oh and fyi, the restaurants bar is not actually a full bar, they didn't have 2 drinks that we had asked for so had to just make due with what the bar actually did have.

Ryan was very helpful! Don’t particularly appreciate the $20 ‘incidentals’ charge that hasn’t shown up as returned yet.

Had a reservation for two queen beds but when we arrived, they threw us in a king bed room. When we arrived in our room and learned we only had one bed of course I was upset. I went to call the front desk when I noticed all the wires from an outlet were pulled away from the wall and laying on the desk. Underneath the desk they were also pulled out from the wall. We started to look around and realized that the lights didn’t work and the tv did not work. I then called the operator at front desk and was told the hotel was booked and they could give me a rollaway. Because I booked through ********** they told me they couldn’t do anything and couldn’t compensate me.
