Really good location surrounded by Malls, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offered minimal complementary hot and cold breakfast that was satisfying. Restocking of food and supplies could be more attentive by staff and was pronounced with higher occupancy days. I made good use of the refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was also a pool and hot tub that appeared clean and inviting. Ample parking was spacious and close to entryways. The property condition is fair with some aging and wear. Overall, this property offers great value and plan to stay here again on my next visit. I do recommend this property seeking an ideal location, in-house offering and value.

The room was absolutely filthy. The tub and shower were so black that I had to wear my crocs in it. The shower curtain, shower mat and towels were full of mold. The walls and ceiling were full of mold. The bathroom frame was all paint chipped and rusty. We didn't dare try the pool and hot tub!

Our room was not restocked with soap, coffee, or coffee mugs. The morning staff was extremely rude when I called down to ask if there was still coffee

The hot tub wasnt working, no breakfast left on Saturday morning at 8:30 even though they said open till 9am.

The hot tub was not working, the bathroom was clean but definitely needs some repair and painting completed. No one was ever at the front desk which made me feel this was a very unsecured building.

A case of you pay for what you get. We went with a cheaper hotel and we got cheap quality. Hotel is dirty and not well-kept. Breakfast was pitiful but still free I guess. The shower rod in our bathroom was broken and we couldn’t use our shower curtain. The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. If you can spend more, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Hot tub broke, ran down, had to get or room keys reactivated twice. Hardly any food out for breakfast; no cereal, no hot food except at 6am.

The front desk receptionist was completely disrespectful it seemed to be significantly mentally insufficient to be the appropriate candidate as the front desk receptionist or manager. As he claimed. He suggested to me to not use *******, and that it caused more problems than actually being convenient which at the time Was true because my reservation had got messed up when I had made another one for that day. I was checking out to just recheck. In back into the same room, except my my arrival date was submitted for the next day. Which he couldn't help me extend my current reservation into the new reservation. So that I wouldn't have to pa pack up and leave just to come back which is now totally inconvenient. I would have paid for that day. 2 stop all of this inconvenience. But hew wanted to charge me twice as much then, ******* refusing at least the price match especially after he suggested to not use *******. So with that being said he later then comes to my room forces me out with little time I had to pack up my things. And try to get out there as fast as possible leaving my stuff and negative 32° weather outside Ultimately leaving me having to sleep in my car until I can get the refund back of what money I had left to make this reservation so yes, I am highly upset. They were highly unprofessional and should be highly shut down.
