Hotel is in dire need of a redo/make over, walls are damaged, carpet is damaged, mold in bathrooms, rusted doors, damaged furniture, broken tiles in pool room. Very low budget hotel. Gives the branch name a very poor review !

There wasnt anything to like about this place.. room was so dirty, towels were on there last leg and falling apart. No towels in pool area. When asked the front desk it was an inconvenience to them and was told, they were in the dryer. No spot on site to buy anyrhing to drink or eat unless you have cash..

I booked this on ******* & if I would have walked in the door, I would have walked right out. The "front door" isn't even part of the structure. As we were walking up the steps to get to our room, we saw a NO smoking sign but the smell in the hallway told a different story. It was very clear that there WAS smoking. The room was less than inviting as the mix match colors of 3 different walls. The furniture had holes in it, the refrigerator had a very piculular smell in it. The phone on the bedside looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. The bathroom faucet, spit water. I have stayed at many different hotels that have a 2 star rating. I didn't feel like the staff was horrible but it was obvious the few I did see were definitely the only workers running the whole building. It was very apparent that all fixing of anything broken was fixed in the least amount of cost as possible. The cost to stay there was not worth saving a few extra $.

The eggs and sausage were lukewarm and the eggs were watery. The bathroom commode water ran continently. I informed management about the water running continently too. All-in All it worked out fine for my short funeral stay! The staff was very friendly!

The hot tub was not hot. And the breakfast ( biscuits and gravy was also cold. Hole in the sheet.

Lobby area was very cheerful and friendly My room was rusty and dusty and had dirty mirrors ~ no Kleenex ~ either too hot or too cold ~ hard to find happy medium ~ wanted to utilize the pool and hot tub but at 56 and not in great shape I was put at the far end of the hotel and on the 2nd floor 😩 so I simply stayed in my room by myself until morning

The room looks very rundown their stuff falling apart the bathroom shower was broken. The bed was very very uncomfortable.

In room 116 the lamp shade on the desk was damaged, the privacy curtain on the window was bubbled from the heating unit under it, the broken toilet tank had been fixed although looked messy from the adhesive/apoxy used, slight rust on the shower drain. The positive fairly decent breakfast, the staff was readily available when you used the phone on the desk to page them, was responsive when I had to ask for more pool towel. I think I would pay the extra $20/30 to stay somewhere else that had the same amentities (pool/whirlpool)

Staff barely said hello and hidden behind weird shields. What looks like poop on entry floor. Toilet in room not connected to floor, cracked toilet top and shower head, cigarettes burns on comforter and rips in light shades. Pool is disguising- broken vents, missing tiles, dirty and ladders flimsy, rusting. Whole space has a bad smell covered by worse deodorant. If we had any options we would leave right now
