Great hotel and staff

The manager was so kind, and even helped me transfer my paraplegic hubby into bed, several times! Great breakfast! Comfortable room! Convenient location to shops and restaurants, etc...

The only complaint I have is that I requested to have our room cleaned (garbages changed-towels refreshed) daily -staff came by and said they would come back—never did We were told to leave old towels and garbage in the hall and staff would pop by to get it (it was there until after lunch the next day)

The trundle bed was dirty and hadnt been cleaned, and the couch was uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was nice.

Couldn’t get local Vikings on tv - front desk has no technical expertise on the issue. No recycling in cafeteria.

Excellent breakfast! Also, a clean and well-maintained property. Will come again!

Two rooms were reserved and paid for family members visiting over Thanksgiving. They were thrilled about everything SpringHill had to offer over their stay. The manager, Yone, was especially accommodating and completed a smooth landing to a chaotic situation that was caused by travel failures that could have caused me stress. In short, my family had one of the best Thanksgivings ever and SpringHill was a piece in making that happen. Thank you, Yone!

The hotel was nice and clean, looked new, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway - all minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, laid out well, had several charging options (USB sockets, standard sockets) throughout the room. Very nice rooms; our stay was quiet and uneventful.

Tbh, the hotel is nice and clean and whatnot but for the price its definitely not really worth it. The pool closes at 10 and the size of the pool is misleading.. the pic that they display on the listing makes the pool look way bigger than it actually is... they do have a nice excersize room tho... but yet again the price is outlandish. I paid close to $500 for 2 queen suites and the size of the rooms was ridiculously smaller than what the pics made them out to be... overall the service was ok.. i had gotten the rooms for my 15 year old daughters birthday and when we requested extra blankets they made me pick them up at the front desk even though our room where we needed the blankets was literally 20 feet from the front desk... :( its a very clean nice looking hotel.. but still for the price its very disappointing...
