Lovely place to stay, very friendly and helpful owner, such cool things to do, there's a cinema, free marshmallows for the evening, fire place, a lot of games and tandem bike, table tennis etc. Awesome place, definitely highly recommended!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing waterfall shower. Genuinely welcoming and charming hostel. They have an outdoor fireplace and make smores and an indoor theater I wish we had a chance to use! Rooms aren’t spacious and really just for sleeping, which worked well for us

Best hostel I stayed at in New Zealand! The facilities are super nice and clean as are the bedrooms, lots of common areas both inside and outside, (free) pool, darts, table tennis, and cinema and rlly nice staff. All makes for a great a**osphere in the hostel. Thanks!

Lovely hostel, the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The facilities are excellent and the fire with marshmallows helps with the super sociable a**osphere. Right at the start of the Abel Tasman trail, great hostel to visit and would definitely recommend!

Stayed 3 nights 2 before my trip and 1 night at the end of my trip. This hostel is amazing. Such a friendly place for both families, groups and single people. I stayed as a single person, then within a group. I was able to leave some of my gear at the hostel whilst hiking around the able tasman and also we were able to stay a little later whilst waiting for our shuttle bus. Very accommodating and helpful. I had planned a NYE trip with a girlfriend to Marahau but ended up coming solo as she couldn't make it, but Greg and the guys at Adventure Inn welcomed me into their crew, and I made friends with some other guests, and had a really fantastic New Years with them all down at the nearby Park Cafe. The accommodation and facilities were awesome, everything was clean and very well priced. Thank you!!

I couldn’t be happier that I stayed in this amazing hostel. I had the best time and was so happy I stayed for four nights. They had really good common areas (even a cinema!!) and a really well equipped kitchen (haven’t seen a waffle maker and air fryer anywhere else!). This place just allows people to be social naturally, so it‘s really easy to connect to others. If you have the chance to go there, do it! It’s also a great place to stargaze at the beach, as there is no light pollution

Best hostel on the south island of NZ! After travelling the south I feel confident enough to say this. Nice rooms, very comfy beds, clean showers and toilets, the staff is really friendly, enough entertainment, and they provide marshmallows every night that you can toast over the fire. Would've liked to stay there longer but I had to get the ferry up north.

Fantastic place to stay. So much on offer from Pool Table / Darts and its own movie theatre with 5000 movies to choose from. Excellent facilities- kitchen was really well equipped. Very clean with super friendly hosts. Loved the marshmallows by the fire and the afternoon in the hammock. A property that surprises and delights! Great value for money and perfect location to start Abel Tasman hike.
