開業して間もないということで、とても綺麗な部屋でした。
我々が宿泊したのは海賊コンセプトのお部屋。予想していたよりもしっかりとした作り込みで、とてもフォトジェニックかつ、実際に見ても色鮮やかで楽しい。骸骨やオウム、船に樽机ととても素敵。
広々とした部屋で最新の設備のため、暖房もしっかりと効いているが乾燥しすぎず、とても快適に過ごせました。
ベッドの寝心地も申し分ないし、風呂やシャワー、洗面所、冷蔵庫もとても使いやすい。
惜しむらくはトイレ自体がガタついており腰掛けるとガクッとなるのですが、水漏れや異臭は無いので、ほぼ無視してよい欠点でしょう。
立地はややセイラムの観光市街地から離れており徒歩20分程度要するのが少し難点か。

We have visited Salem three times now, and this by far was the best experience we've ever had. The room was quite literally magical and the staff was so accommodating. The amenities here surpassed any other hotel we've stayed at in the area. Not only that, but the location was a 3 minute drive to Essex Street and could not be more convenient. We will definitely be visiting again! :)

The property was clean and convenient. The rooms, lobby and entertainment areas were big and decorated very nice. The unique 'theme decorated' rooms were amazing. They were booked up when we made our reservations so book early! The outside patio was very large and well done!

We enjoyed the themed room and was amazed at how clean it was. The cleanest room I have ever staid at. Did not like the bright lights shining in the room as the windows had no black out drapes. Had to stuff our towels over the rod to block most of it out.

Short drive to the main downtown Salem area . The room was fantastic , grounds were clean , staff were great. Cool game room/hangout space as well. Would highly recommended .

A one of a kind experience! Love the decor of the place
Definitely will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Salem
Parking was no problem. We had an issue with the heating system but they accommodated us super fast. Put us in another room with no problem. The guy that works there. I believe he’s the maintenance guy, but he was also working in the office ,I forgot his name but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great for us. We really appreciate him. he’s a very nice person. Can’t wait to come back

The Cove is absolutely adorable. The renovations are great, except the showers are extremely slippery. The other reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is ******* listed the room as having a soaking tub which was the main reason I chose The Cove. Non of the rooms offer a soaking tub and for our anniversary getaway that was a let down. But otherwise the service is great, it’s clean and comfortable. Very charming. Have been repeatedly recommending. Would absolutely return.

Everything was perfect! It was exactly like the pictures and SO CLEAN! It’s brand new, renovated and the bed was super comfy! Katie, at the front desk, was extremely welcoming and available if we need anything. Would definitely come and stay again!
