ホテル ナボコフ(Grandhotel Nabokov)

The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only. In the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away.

Excellent clean hotel in a very convenient strategic location, close to the center and main Lazne points of interest, just adjucent to beutiful walking areas and parks. Great selection of non-boring food (we booked half board) every day. Friendly and smiling staff, ready to assist you any time. Great health balneo clinic and facilities with experienced medical personnel. We are very pleased and it's highly recommended

A quality sanatorium with amazing service. Upon arrival, an amazing welcome at the reception, receiving the necessary explanations, lunch and a visit to a doctor in order to define and adjust the required trea**ent and all without delays and always with a smile from the working staff. A suite in the "Imperial" building, beautiful, modern, air-conditioned, with comfortable and high-quality furniture and equipment, including daily cleaning at a very high level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the "Imperial" restaurant with a variety of options, many salads, delicious soups at lunch and dinner. Trea**ents are carried out at the appointed time without delays, quality and professional staff. The head doctor of a convalescent home is very professional and caring, always knows how to listen and help - amazing! Really nice lobby bar, sometimes in the evening live music and dancing. An amazing location of a convalescent home next to the springs and important - a spacious forest with well-maintained walking paths.

Beautiful 4*star in the center. Very quiet location, with spacious rooms. The hotel is very new, staff is welcoming and helpful. Half board was excelent option, tastfull and fresh food. Spa & Wellness area is clean, offering pure relax. 2 nights were not enough :-). Very much recommended.

A very big hotel. The receptionist could have given more information to us about the different facilities in different buildings. There are steps to navigate. Food is ok. Just ok, not perfect for expensive hotel like this.

A very pleasant hotel with a view of the greenery. Maximum cleanliness, beautiful spacious and bright rooms, very kind and helpful staff, great home-cooked food. A large pool and perfect spa care. The hotel is right in the center, a 5-minute walk from the singing fountain.

An Excellent hotel , great staff, very nice food and big rooms. We really enjoyed it, we stayed 3 nights. The pool is not crowded and has nice facilities

The location of the property is unique and the buildings themselves renovated in the beautiful way. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is extremely well. Thank you ! The only thing negative is that the beds in the room are too narrow. For American standard it is the bed for a teenager.

Персонал на рецептионе надменный, могу отметить только Оксану Андришак, очень душевная и отзывчивая сотрудница отеля. Качество питания на 4, пару раз не хватало всем предоставленного питания, которое даже и не докладывали, кончилось и все. Оставалось довольствоваться остатками пиршества. Убирали номер через раз, хотя очень дружелюбная и приятная уборщица Яна. Комнаты чистые, комфортные, предоставляли халаты и тапочки. Места в лобби маловато, разместиться возле бара или просто для общения не предоставлялось возможным для всех гостей. На процедурах почти весь персонал дерганный, все в спешке, не очень дружелюбный .
