Good bacic hotel central of mariehamn. Good breakfest.

We stayed for just under a week visiting friends and asked for a quiet room. We were put away from the road and a school trip which was appreciated. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff were overly helpful and breakfast was plentyful. Only issue was the pool, it was so cold and surprising deep all around with only one ladder which was a little off putting. Sauna was great and made up for it.

The management hasn’t realized the volume of people who had entered their dogs to the big dog show of 2.000 dogs! Why couldn’t the hotel start the breakfast earlier as last year. The reason for last year was athletic sports which effected to start earlier breakfast. I hope for next year the breakfast will start one hour earlier. If not, there will be other hotels around. Very easy.

A friendly hotel with good rooms and plenty of light. Breakfast buffets were plentiful. Helpful reception staff and a good, central location with its own bus stop for bus trips around the islands - we chose route 4 to the castle - all very easy.

Savoy is basic and clean hotel, but quite ’oldfashioned’. Peaceful location and easy to get to city centre by walk. Beds are good. At breakfast there were fresh bread, vegetables & fruits. Thank you for that !

there is no possibility to eat anything in the hotel ! not everyone wants to go to downtown restaurants ! Too few staff on site to have time to properly serve each customer. Good location ! Sauna-times poor !

We stay familyroom here. It was ok, but warm because aircordinson wasn't good. Only one key for four people. Location was great everything was near. Breakfast was ok. Puclic womans Sauna times was earli, 17-18.

Nice holiday, breakfast was good. Nice and comfy hotel. Room was not cleaned as well as we would have hoped. The air conditioner made a loud noise and part of us was difficult to sleep. The railing of the upper bunk bed was swinging, and you didn't dare to climb the stairs.

Mariehamn is a very nice place for the families. Location of Savoy was excellent. Everything worked quite well at Savoy. One minus is that the sauna and pool had to book and pay. We thought that sauna/pool was included in the hotel payment.
