This hotel has lovely scenic views of art all over the hotel. When we got there the room was not ready but I didn't mind. The room was nice but no view the trees hid the view. The staff at the bar was rude this lady in particular (the owner daughter) was checking me in for breakfast and rudely stated I can't get eggs I said ok and walked away when I got to my seat I fell as I sat because the chair was broken. I alerted her abt it and no sense or lf urgency, no sense of concern as to if I was ok and she didn't remove the broken chair! On another occasion I was sitting at the bar first then a Caucasian couple and their friend walked up to the bar and was served first even tho I was sitting there waiting lol. I then asked for a can of coke which was$6 I then told her return my money because I didn't wish to pay $6 for a can of coke she questioned me asking why and threw my money at me . I won't be staying at the hotel again

I will ad outlets are 220 so really hard to charge devices, and I will advice to rent a car for transportation around

The property is clean but keep in mind there is no ice machine. I didn’t have an iron in my room. You are not close to transportation or many shops. Stores close early in the area so a vending or shop on the property would’ve been nice

The Hommage Hotel was conveniently located on the island. We could get around the island easily.
Close to area beaches and to both Marigot and near the airport.
Quiet and clean a great place to relax and distress.

Excellent property clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rental car option at the hotel was clutch. Having a car on Saint Martin is like legs.

The accommodation was extremely beautiful and very quiet, which we liked because we could sleep a lot after our jet lag. The service was friendly and they helped us whenever we had a request. The rooms were clean and there is a small restaurant for having dinner every night which we enjoyed. My only tidbit was that the bed was not comfortable. We asked for the mattress to be flipped after 2 days of our stay which helped a bit but it was not perfect. I would suggest better quality mattresses in the future because if you stay as long as we did (14 nights) sleeping on a bad masters then your back will definitely feel it. For the rest everything else was great.

Staff is very helpful. Especially Nilka at the front desk. The food is wonderful. Especially like eating outside along the beach.

We thought we booked a new hotel we had not seen before in a location we had visited 10 years ago when I couldn't find the old hotel online. Lo and behold when we arrived it was indeed the same hotel operating under a new name. The former Mercure has been fully renovated with an arts theme and under new management. The rooms have been completely updated and renovated. The only thing that remains a work in progress is the lagoon beach area that was presumably destroyed by hurricane(s). Our flight was 6 hours late and we barely arrived before closing. Rudy checked us in without any fuss and BTW he is the resident tech guy who fixed our TV very promptly. Staff are bilingual and very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. It's been our 3rd trip to this hotel and staff have always been great whatever name it operates under
