Best Western Hotel Imperiale

If you want to SLEEP in this hotel, be prepared that at least until midnight you will not be able to do that. Almost everyday there is a party with a very loud music that starts around 21.30 and can last until 1 am. When we asked at the reception if this is normal, Sig. Gianni told us that if we don't like it we should not come anymore or we should book the whole hotel just for ourselves to have the exclusivity. Not even "sorry for that", just an arrogant way of treating the geusts. Very disappointed with this approach and the fact that we couldn't get any good sleep. I know the hotel will reply that they didn't find a reservation with my name (it was done by a friend), I made an account only to warn other people of how bad their stay can be with the very loud music through the night.

Staff were excellent and the hotel was superb with its amenities. It was very a very pleasant experience.

Not so good I had recently at the Best Western in Patti Sicily that I was so impressed by the comfort, excellent bed & smooth sheets, food, service & newness I said going forward I will stay at 4 star Best Western!!! Then I stayed here eventhough you can tell it had designs it was tired … the room & elevator smelled musty, bed sheets were rough! The bed was hard & uncomfortable tossed all night. Restaurant opened at 8pm for dinner. Listing said free parking they wanted 10 euros to park on site. The free parking was on the street & I had to wait an hour until I found a spot. Location is not that great. I was spoiled in Patti Sicily which I would highly recommend. This place is a 3 star.

This was a stopover hotel as we were travelling through Italy. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a nice public area on the floor we were on with chairs and a sitting or conversation area. We didn't use the internet or dine in the restaurant. The menu looked appealing and decent prices. I would stay again.

This hotel has superior staff and a unique sense of style expressed in the interiors.

Very nice week in southern Italy. I appreciated the use of the hotel bycicles at no extra cost! The only small negative point was that no WIFI was available on the restaurant terrasse. Apart from this the whole stay was very good!

Stanze spaziose, pulizia e servizio di qualità, ottima colazione variegata ed abbondante, personale disponibile e gentilissimo. plauso particolare alle ragazze della reception, all'arrivo ci hanno cambiato camera immediatamente offrendoci una camera di categoria superiore nonostante avessimo prenotato una standard. Il Best Western Hotel Imperiale è davvero un gioiello nel cuore di Nova Siri. Struttura moderna, camere ampie e luminose e servizio impeccabile, questo hotel si distingue davvero dagli altri. Siamo stati accolti con calore dal personale cordiale e attento, che si è assicurato che il nostro soggiorno fosse indimenticabile fin dall'inizio. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto. La colazione a buffet era varia e deliziosa, con una vasta selezione di pietanze fresche e locali. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale, con piatti prelibati e un servizio impeccabile. Sono sicuro che tornerò presto a godere di un'altra indimenticabile esperienza in questo fantastico hotel.

Una fantastica esperienza non a quattro stelle ma a cinque. Le camere sono meravigliose, adatte alle famiglie per la loro grandezza e anche il letto supplementare, comodissimo. La qualità del sonno è altissima che è fondamentale. E che dire del ristorante, la ciliegina sulla torta, abbiamo mangiato praticamente di tutto tra primi di mare, terra e anche sushi e pizza. Torneremo di certo, un saluto alle tre fantastiche ragazze della reception, al maitre Enzo e a Mariateresa e Giovanni che ci hanno coccolato ogni mattina. A presto
