we came from Canada aNd tired after 10 hours flight from Calgary. we were not hAppy with two single beds, quite narrow.. After complaininG we were nicely surprised next morning with better room offered king size bed and room with balcony, terrace. Place is beautifull located with pool by the restaurant and Another pool by the sport club below. They gave great restaurant, First class Italian !

Great service. Stayed here for several days over a six week period - rooms were comfortable, excellent breakfast. Storage of bags in between my visits was no problem. Well located to Frascati (about a 10 minute walk) and its train station into Roma.

the hotel is very clean, the rooms are spaciuos and well equipped, they serve an excellent breakfast and a restaurant is available for dinner. The hotel features a nice park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cost of the rooms is very reasonable. A shuttle service is readily available for major business destinations in the area. The city centre and the railway station in Frascati are at walking distance

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really was delicious. The hotal was close to the supermarket, You can take the train to Rome from thhe hotel. Frascati has a very beautiful view. The hotel is near restaurants and walking distance to the train station.

All the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely room with nice view and enjoyed dining at the restaurant every evening where the food and the service was excellent. We sincerely hope to come again to experience the nice atmosphere at Villa Mercede.

Do Not Stay at this hotel! Went for a friends wedding and stay at this place. Staff were very rude and robbed you at any chance they could. Tried to charge us 25 euro for a pool bed . Kids weren’t allowed to play in and around pool. No music allowed. Charged you 3 euro to bring a drink to you per drink. Charged us 35 euro for 2 drinks and just changed the prices of drink all of the time. Complain about the air-con 3 times and still was 28 degrees in our room and i couldn’t sleep in it. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and not much choice at all. Whatever you do. Do not book this hotel

It was a great stay. Staff were very friwndly and helpful. They would donanything to sarisfy you. It was only that there was no fridge in the room to use nor iron. But overall the place was clean, good breakfast and nice environment.
