ザ プリンス オブ ウェールズ(Prince of Wales Marlow)

A quaint little hotel near the centre of Marlowe. The rooms are furnished really well & the staff were warm & welcoming. A nice size TV in the rooms with a good variety of Chanel’s & pay per view Chanel’s if you want Netflix. You have a fridge & Iron & Ironing board. There is bottled water also, which is a nice little addition, with tea & Coffee making facilities. Normally you get 4milk portions in most hotels, here was a bowl with around 10-12 portions. All in all a good little hotel The only negative is the seating opposite the Gin bar could do with updating as it is very tired & worn out. It all in all a warm friendly hotel.

This is a pub with rooms. It is near town and river and I was able to park in car park. There is a street entrance with a very steep staircase. The single room is compact and there are stairs down to the ensuite. The shower was inconsistent and went from hot to cold without warning. Some handrails would have been helpful. Bed was fine. Room was hot - it was a very hot weekend. Late night noise from outside and air con units outside meant I had a job to get to sleep on the 2nd night. Breakfast was ok.

We had a lovely stay. The staff and owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend. Good value and included a full English breakfast. Very close to the high street where there were independent shops and restaurants.

Stayed at the Prince of Wales on a little road trip. Warm welcome, nice clean room, fluffy towels and literally loads of tea, coffee and milk in the room! Decent sized TV too. Good nights sleep and a good breakfast served by friendly staff. An excellent pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord from friendly bar staff. Would recommend for a nights stay in Marlow 👍

4 of us stayed here for a weekend Christmas break. Well positioned, 5 mins walk from the town centre. Our stay was booked a month or so before our stay and it coincided with the England v France World Cup game. Its a football bar really with 3 or 4 big TV's. The rooms were fairly basic, but clean and tidy and nice & warm (our stay was in the snowy week) We ate out early and returned to watch the football. It was packed but good natured, in spite of the final result. We left after the match and walked back in to Marlow. Breakfast was a no frills event. Warm rather than hot but fine. Being honest, i guess its not the sort of place we would normally choose to stay but this weekend it suited our needs.

Found the pub randomly so decided to pop in for a drink, very welcoming, happy staff, a great Gin n tonic recommended by the landlady, tvs to watch the football great bar stools, very clean toilets. will definitely be going back next time in Marlow,

I came up to Buckinghamshire on business I knew was to last a few weeks. Eventually, I came across the pub and booked in. After a long day, this was a little haven with a warm welcome from the staff, Staff who remembered your name even though you were a stranger in their midst. the menus were mostly pizza. If you want ed more the Marlowe offer plenty of places quite local to to the Pub. The rooms are clean with excellent facilities. If I have to go back for work, Ill block book my stay...

Stayed at prince of wales for one night with a mate. Arrived about 12 lunchtime, check in at 2 but a nice lad called Dillion said we could check in early. Great start. Very clean nice twin room, even a fridge, iron, hair dryer,shower items and a fan!. Kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Even a water. Bed well comfy. Brilliant location for a 5 min walk into Marlow. Able to leave car in carpark even after checkout so no fees. Pub has a nice vibe to it. Breakfast was bute and the young lass was really engaging. She smashed a fry up! Well done owners. Nice place, would defo stay again and recommend.

This was a last minute stay that exceeded our expectations. The room was standard, clean and had all that we needed for an overnight stay, including a small fridge that is more than you get in some 5* hotels. It was the staff that made it for us though, they were excellent, made us very welcome and the breakfast was great!
