We had a wonderful time in this castle the welcome is great and we ate well thank you to the chef. The dishes were delicious we ate well, I had a crush for dessert with strawberries. Thanks to Ines who took care of us and was very cute with us. We’ll be back

Wonderful hotel (recently renovated) overlooking the village of Sacy. We spent 2 nights in the Le Roi Soleil. The trip was a wedding anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful view of the vineyards. Dinner was excellent and the manager (Kevin) greeted us on check in with a "Congratulations". A Fantastic stay!!

My wife and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in Paris and decided to visit the Champagne region for a couple days. After reading all the reviews the Le Chateau de Sacy seemed exactly what we were looking for. It was the most amazing 24 hours being pampered by the amazing staff from the reception, bar and restaurant. Food was spectacular and the wine and champagne selections were outstanding. The location sits on top of a hill and the views of the vineyards and small town was beautiful. We will definitely come back next time in Paris!

This place was like a dream. The hotel was beautiful, the food exquisite and the employees so nice! They had bikes we rode throughout the vineyards and the small towns. They had music one night. The outdoor eating area has the best views.

Nice hotel but rather expensive for the services, food limited other than in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better for 30 euros. Rooms are very elaborate but need more practical touches like bedside tables in the suite and towels need upgrading. Staff are very friendly and the setting is beautiful.
