Cousy place, welcoming and friendly services team, nice breakfast on the roof top, and true Moroccan culture reflected in every detail you love inside. Very recommended for leisure stays and close on a walking distance to Al Fanda square where most of what you need to see. Special thanks to Hussein, Hassan and Mr. Wafaa.

What I didn’t like was my treatment from staff Just because u are black and American the staff would be very untrustworthy. And on top of that I left 5 post cards to be mailed to love ones and the front desk guy promised he would send them out. I called 3weeks after my stay and told front desk nobody received post cards , the guy placed me on hold came back to the phone and said oh we are sending them out now THAT WAS 3 weeks ago and still no post cards !!!!!!! This place only caters to RIAD Locals !!!!!!!!!! If you aren’t familiar with RIAD THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL AND ALSO THEY WILL ASSIST YOU WITH OUT GOING ACCOMMODATIONS BUT THEY WILL MAKE SURE THE LOCALS CHARGE YOU MORE !!!!!!!! I will never EVER live here again The love of money be so real BUT IF U ARE A BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN STAYING HERE TRUST NO MON !!!!

The rooms were dark, dingy, and with paper thin walls that we can hear everything, everywhere. The shower floor would get flooded from a poorly working drain. Our assigned rooms were several star qualities down from the 4 star rating they are listed and looked nothing like the nice pictures advertised. I told the owner this and she was hostile to me. She said just because “Ms. XX comes, it doesn’t mean I will ask my other guests to leave their rooms.” Of course, I wasn’t asking that. I just wanted to point out that regardless of getting the last 2 rooms, the rooms should represent the hotel class, which they didn’t at all! We wanted to leave earlier than their breakfast times, so they said they would have something small ready, like coffee, fruit and cereal. But, when we were ready to leave, they had prepared nothing. It felt like they did that on purpose because we complained. We also told *********** that we weren’t happy and this was the worst part! They claimed that Riad Luzia said we broke their TV. But, when *********** pressed Riad Luzia to furnish proof, they said, that no, the tv is okay. I couldn’t believe they would tell such a lie. The treatment was very similar to staying at a unwelcoming hostel not a 4 star property. Read some of the other 1-2 star ratings of the property and be warned. While you may wish to stay close to the Medina, if the good Riads aren’t available, stay at some of the established brands just 10 minutes away from the Medina.

Amazing stay and amazing hospitality. I highly recommend staying at the Riad Luzia when you come to visit Marrakech. We are taken care of like family from the beginning of the trip until the end. Hassan, who oversaw everything with our stay, welcomed us the first day and showed us everything we needed to know about the area, recommended where to go and to eat, and most importantly, provided us with an amazing driver, Younes, who took us everywhere we needed to go no matter what time of day or night. The stay felt so comfortable, the rooms and living area are so clean and well kept, with an authentic Moroccan feel about them. Anything we asked for, Hassan, Hocain, Hicham, and Mimoun went out of their way to provide for us. One of them was always there for us, 24/7. And our driver, Younes, even took my mother and grandmother on a tour of site seeing for a day, which they loved. Also, the breakfast each morning which is included, was exceptional. It is served on the rooftop and has a great view, and all the food is served warm and fresh. They even took food down for my grandmother, because she could not walk up the steps. I have stayed at many places all over the world, but this was truly the warmest hospitality I have ever felt. Hassan and all his co workers will treat you like family and you will appreciate it.

Beautifully decorated, small riad near the square and all the historical landmarks. Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Adequate breakfast in the rooftop dining area. very minor complaint - the shower door did not close tightly so the (small) bathroom floor got wet. Enough towels provided to soak it up. No big deal.

This Riad is amazing. Very beautifully decorated with vibrant colours, with a large dining table and sofa seating area upon entering. The rooftop terrace is also an amazing place to sit to relax and have breakfast. The terrace tables and seating areas are decorated in authentic Moroccan style. Our room had a large comfortable queen bed. Shower was hot and had a great water pressure. There was a nice area to sit and do your makeup. Again the room was decorated with lots of beautiful pattens and colours. There were also some lovely rugs on the floor that made the room warm and cosy. However, what really makes the place is the staff. Wafa, the owner, welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful information on things to do, excursions etc. She asked us to treat the Riad as our own home and let her know if we needed anything and this made us feel very welcome. Hassan who works on reception is very friendly and helpful, and answered all our queries and questions with a smile. Also when leaving he carried our luggage to the street where we hailed a taxi. The staff serving breakfast are also lovely and serve an amazing breakfast with a lot of variety (inc fresh flat bread and fresh orange juice.) In addition, the location is very good as it’s within in walking distance to all the major attraction. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday experience and welcoming us like family. We would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come back!

It's a beautiful riad Luzia Worth visiting every month Near The Al-Fna Square All the historical landmarks are close to him. . The staff are absolutely fantastic.Mimoune. hicham. younes. Mrs. Wafa is a good person. The rooms are very clean. I hope to be back soon.

Riad molto grazioso con personale cortese e disponibile. Camere piccole, ma pulite, letto e cuscini comodi. Doccia difficile da fare per impossibilità di miscelare l'acqua bollente e fredda. Copertura wifi non uniforme e costante, in camera quasi assente. Ristorante sulla terrazza con cena a mio avviso cara (€ 20 a testa) per quello che hanno proposto e attesa di più 30 minuti dopo l'ordinazione. Pagamento in contanti, non accettano carte di credito.

Très bon riad, de notre chambre familiale, aucun bruit extérieur. Tous les soirs, nous retrouvions la chambre propre, rangée, nos lit fait.. Nous étions en demi pension, nous n'avons pas regretté, petit déjeuner et repas marocains excellents et copieux cuisiner par Mohammed, son fils et son équipe. Servis par "zouhir" ce jeune homme est un amour... Personnels polis, gentils, serviables... À moins de 10 min de la place jemma El fna, à 5 min des palais....
