ダール ハナネ(Riad Dar Hanane)

This is our second stay at Dar Hanane. It has a very authentic vibe to it. The staff are all lovely and attentive. The manager is very engaged with the guests to ensure they have a good time. They are able to arrange activities as needed and hosted a small cooking class for in the riads kitchen. While the rooms are lovely, we’ve spent all our time hanging out in the sun on the terrace. which has comfy loungers and amazing views.

Great stay in a very friendly Riad. This is a simple but very comfortable place to stay. The staff are all extremely helpful. There are some excellent restaurants nearby and the Riad are always happy to make bookings for you. It's a 15 minute walk to the main square. The breakfasts are excellent and will set you up well for the day.

This was a repeat stay at Dar Hanane. It has an authentic vibe to it. It’s quite simple in its decor. The staff are all lovely and attentive. The manager Mohamed is very engaged with the guests to ensure they have a good time and he went out of way to help us. The wonderful ladies in the kitchen hosted a small cooking class for us with was both fun, tasty and informative. We have stayed stayed in both suites as well as the Berber room. I would perhaps not recommend the Douiria Suite as unusually it has a window facing the alley and there is a lot of street noise. The Grand suite is ideal due to proximity to the terrace stairs. While the rooms are lovely, we’ve spent most of our time hanging out in the sun on the terrace. which has loungers and 360 views of the city. The Berber and Beldi rooms have their own staircase (low ceiling!) and are farthest from the terrace. Some aspects of the riad are perhaps getting a little tired at the edges, like the terrace furniture, but that’s Marrakech for you.

My husband and I stayed for a long w/end earlier in the month and had a fabulous time. The simple bedroom & shower bathroom were delightful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. One evening we were joined by friends for drinks on the roof terrace which boasts stunning views & sunset vistas!

After a day of shopping in the busy streets of the Medina, returning to this stunning riad is such a treat. Sit down with some mint tea and biscuits made by the very friendly staff there and relax up on the sun terrace where you can see for miles. Surely one of the best views from any riad in Marrakech. Have stayed here before and will come back for sure!

Dar Hanane is nothing more than an oasis in the middle of the Medina craziness. it's a must. There is a exquisite central courtyard so tastefully and sympathetically decorated. The rooms are wonderful. We had drinks on the spectacular roof terrace pre supper allowing panoramic views of the city which was just fabulous. The staff here are just so attentive. Nothing is too difficult. I loved it here.

Another beautiful riad within the group of 3. Not actually stayed here but enjoyed drinks on the terrace, one of the highest in the medina and the stunning views. Staff were attentive and helpful, weather was stunning so an evening to remember.

Dar Hanane is in a great location close to the centre of the Medina and yet manages to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hub of the souks and all the main attractions are moments away by foot and yet you are cocooned from all the drama in this beautiful oasis! The decor is chic and comfortable and the hospitality provided by the staff is first class. The roof terrace for drinks is fantastic with an unparalleled view of the Atlas mountains - an absolute must for a sundowner or two.

Such a friendly and stylish Rhiad. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was absolutely delightful, with an excellent view. The rooms are very spacious and beds were so comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and made us all feel extremely welcome...simply stunning.
