First class service and hospitity

Everything is perfect and wonderful

Top top top in everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The staff was incredibly lovely, and even when we encountered issues, the manager's attentive and caring approach made things much better. The restaurants offered excellent food, but little options for traditional Moroccan food. The spa facilities are separated for men and women, which, although annoying, seemed to align with cultural standards. Overall, I would definitely return for another relaxing experience.

Our stay was excellent! Everyone was so friendly. Hanane went out of her way to make our stay perfect. They were having a VIP at the property but she made us feel just as special. Rose petals on the dinner table for my birthday and cake and Prosecco to our room. Reservations were made for us at a great restaurant and even provided us a driver. Wow! Food was delicious and the property was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here next time.

The four seasons app is the best. Staff arranged everything via text on the app. Staff went above and beyond.

Just all round fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy and all staff are extremely helpful, fab pool and great facilities....you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended!!!!!

What a wonderful place to say. Big airy rooms, fantastic pool, lovely restaurants and what must be the best team of hotel staff inhave encountered over my many years of staying in 5 star hotels. Truly fantastic.
