ホテルは非常に老朽化した老朽化した部屋で、日光浴はひどい状態で、壊滅的な朝食サービスは選択の余地がありません。外のカフェで食べる方が良いでしょう、逃げるためにこのホテルには戻りません。バルコニーからちょっとだけ

ジェマレフナ広場から徒歩10分の絶好のロケーションにあるホテル。ホテルは古く、かなり手入れが行き届いていませんが、エアコンはすべての部屋で交換されたばかりです. 部屋はきれいですが、少しリフレッシュする必要があります!!! 美しい公園のあるとても素敵なスイミングプール-庭はとても手入れが行き届いていますが、周りには古い家具があります。スタッフ ( とても素敵 ) は少し人手不足でゆっくりでしたが、ラマダンです。朝食はまずまずですが、ペストリーは常に前日のものです...そしてサービスは最小限です。夜の食事: 思い通りに行きましょう。ワインの価格はシュールです !!! スタッフはフランス語をほとんど話せません (フランス語はモロッコでは教えられなくなりました)。難しすぎる（世界の隅々まで旅行したことがあります）。しかし、それは私たちから2つ星の価値さえありません。経営陣は最低限のサービスすらしていませんが、ここでも場所はトップです！

新しくはないがとてもきれいなホテル。スタッフはとても良いですし、食べ物も良いです。場所は理想的です。ホテルは静かで、私たちの選択にとても満足しています。

古いホテルを全面改装。 4つ星とは考えられません。ちょっと種類豊富なビュッフェ。 思いやりのあるスタッフ。素敵なスイミングプールと朝食のための快適な屋外環境。警備付きの駐車場。 大変お得な価格です。

場所は大丈夫でした！オールド メディナから徒歩 10 分。とても静かで清潔なホテル。枕とベッドも快適でした。フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。おいしい朝食！ Wifiは遅かった。全体的に私は幸せなゲストです。私は間違いなく戻ってきます。

ヒューマンスケールのホテルで、サービスはとても良く、親切でフレンドリーなスタッフと街のとても良い場所をお勧めします。

My experience with the hotel reception was terrible, I booked two rooms for my family, paid the rooms myself and they refuse to visit my mother in law in her room who was 92 years old to support her if she needs to pack her stuff or even take her shower, I was not planning to stay in the room but they have said something to do about the law which is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. Hotel staff should be aware of their guests rights and not to be negative and ignorant, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the hotel but thought maybe the reviews will give them a chance to amend and improve the quality of the product and services they are sailing unfortunately nothing changed or improved, staff mentalities need improvement specially in this sector.

First night in Morocco and we were very happy with this hotel. We did not know they had a dinner buffet so we walked in the neighborhood and found a nice restaurant. Here are some pics of their buffet

Smooth check in. Good location - walking distance to the medina square and souks (10 mins walking) vide a park beside the hotel and a view of katatouba mosque. No amenities whatsoever save for body shower and a small bar of soap. Water heater works fine. Friendly service. Ismail helped me book a taxi for early morning flght - thanks Ismail.

Struttura molto vicina alla piazza principale ben posizionata posto tranquillo ottima piscina con dei giardini molto curati

L'emplacement est idéal, nous avons pu nous prélasser au soleil autour de la piscine dans un cadre apaisant l'hôtel est vraiment à rafraîchir mais le personnel est tellement au petit soin qu'ils nous font vite oublier les petits désagrément.

Congelado en el tiempo…. Instalaciones están necesitadas de una gran reforma, desayuno el primer día a nuestra S encontramos que no había ni platos ni vados… grupo enorme de estudiantes que arrasaron con todo…. El siguiente día desayunamos pero muy poca variedad, fui picado por “ una pulga y mosquitos “ en la habitación…, es un poco desastrosa so la situación actual del hotel.
