We had a lovely experience, a couples Hamman and clay body mask and scrub and massage, staff were friendly. The Riad was beautiful, clean and tidy with a lovely roof terrace and relaxing courtyard. Booking was easy and done online and easy to follow direction to find the Riad. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We loved this Riad - everything from hasstle free airport pick up, breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning, attentive care from all members of the hotel team, easy walking distance to Palais Bahia and the main tourist attractions, quiet, clean - fabulous!

I was at the spa and experienced the . Hamam. It was quite the experience. This Riad is beautiful and the Hamam was fairly priced. I walked right past it, I didn’t see the sign because it’s way up high.

I absolutely adored this place. We had room 1. Great bathroom balcony and bed. Location was perfect being close enough to the hustle and bustle but not too close. I loved sitting on the roof terrace in the morning. So tranquil. But my favourite thing was Olivier the owner. Helpful, a fount of knowledge, funny, cheerful and very cheeky! We used the spa on the last day and it was amazing. All the ladies that looked after us were lovely. Two regrets… I didn’t book for longer and we didn’t book daily spa treatments. One tip is if you want a beer close to home visit restaurant el Bahia. Just to the side of the palace entrance. The decor literally took my breath away (and they served wine as well 😍)

Our stay at the Riad al Ksar & Spa was brilliant and we would recommend it to anyone looking to experience Marrakesh. After arriving just a few hours after the earthquake, Damian was very welcoming and calm. He spoke excellent English and made us feel at ease despite the situation. He showed us a map to help us locate the key sites in the city and to understand where the local amenities were situated. The riad had not sustained any damage and was an oasis amongst the busy medina streets. We particularly liked the rooftop garden which was peaceful with little birds and a great view of the sunset over the city. The Riad offers a wide range of excursions which can be booked up to 8pm the night before. We experienced riding camels which was a highlight of our holiday and a taxi was included in the trip for ease. Our Marrakesh experience was a combination of enjoying the hustling city and the tranquility of the hotel. It was enhanced by the friendly and helpful team at the Riad who couldn’t do enough to help us. On the final day they made breakfast for us before our flight at 6am and chased after us down the streets after we left a hat at the hotel.

Absolutely loved my time at the Riad! The terrace and lobby are beautiful and comfortable and the pool was very cooling on hot days. The breakfast was always tasty and fresh, really enjoyed the food. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean, so had a very relaxing stay. Lots of restaurants, sights and shops are nearby, so it is a very convenient place to be as it is close to everything. The staff were also wonderful, the manager was very informative, gave us maps and to help us navigate Marrakech, whilst also giving us recommendations for food and sights to see in the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had an amazing time here at the Riad.

My partner and I did the duo partner Hammam massage at Riad Al Ksar. It was a wonderful experience. The Hammam spa experience itself, was not at all invasive but was simply relaxing. The 30 minute massage after was soo good! The Moroccan mint tea by the pool afterwards was a lovely touch also. We loved this experience and can’t wait to visit again. Thankyou.

AL KSAR & SPA is not only a delight to the eyes, cleverly combined with greenery, water and whistling birds - it is also the tranquillity that makes relaxing a true oasis for any guest. The riad is well located in the middle of the bustling medina and a trip to the new part of town is a stone's throw by taxi. We felt safe and friendly at all times in the well-guarded riad. The staff is attentive and always on hand to offer guests valuable advice and service. A true place to relax and enjoy an excellent massage with hammam. Predicate - do not miss to stay here.
