有些設施比較舊，總體還行的

We enjoyed our stay at the Avani Hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the main lobby area / bar was nicely designed and a comfortable place to spend an evening. We had unfortunate weather when we were here so we did spend quite a bit of time indoors. I took advantage of the spa and had a massage one day which was lovely. The food was just ok. Enough options at breakfast but the evening meal could have been improved. We ended up eating out for the other nights.

I genuinely enjoyed the Stay it has this Medieval kind of vibe which is really cool but their wifi is Slow and their TV's can't access Netflix. Their food is just not great I can make better and they have like the same Menu for everyday I was their for 6 days and I didn't Enjoy the food for all 6 days also you can't order takeout like tf...

Though trip itself was not for pleasure, but Avani Lesotho with its outstanding services made our trip to be more enjoyable than experiencing sadness of it. This made Avani to be the best Hotel I have ever seen in Lesotho, in 10, I would rate it number 1

The staff really go the extra mile ensuring that the accommodation and amenities are taken care of to make the stay as comfortable as possible, while you can concentrate at the business at hand. The wide breakfast verity cater for all preferences.

Friendly staff in reception and at the maindoor. Not so friendly staff in the lunch-bar and restaurant. Waited 1 1/2 our for our dinner and not good food…half done pizza. Lunchmeny is a greek salad or wraps in a counter. Nothing else. Breakfast was perfekt, so good food and nice service!Room was perfectly cleened❤️

Avani Lesotho hotel & ****** is an excellent place with professional team. Very welcome hotel and clean. The restaurant is perfect, the rooms are clean, the service is excellent. Gym, breakfast and ****** are nice. You feel home away from home. I recommend this hotel to anyone who want to visit Maseru.

Experience and welcoming environment of Avani Lesotho Hotel. It has a nice outside view for both town and the lovely landscape, You are able to see almost all major Malls from the Hotel. This is a safe place to be, especially that there is limited public transport that reduce unnecessary visits by non hotel residents.

Efficiency of the restaurant’s service needs to be improved, particularly when the place is full. Consideration should given to change the type of sleep couch, the current one is uncomfortable and not user friendly.
